| Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of cutting balloons(CB)combined with drug-coated balloons(DCB)in the treatment of coronary artery lesions in de novo. Methods:A total of 150 patients with in de novo coronary artery lesions confirmed by coronary angiography who received PCI treatment in the Heart Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected.Among them,75 patients received cut balloon therapy combined with drug-coated balloon therapy(CB+DCB group),and 75 patients received drug-eluting stent therapy(DES group).Clinical data of the two groups were collected, intraoperative coronary angiography data and major cardiovascular adverse events in the hospital were observed and recorded, including target lesion reference vessel diameter, minimum lumen diameter before surgery, minimum lumen diameter after surgery, lumen acquisition immediately after surgery, etc.Patients were followed up for 1-3 years after surgery, and major cardiovascular adverse events and bleeding events in the two groups during this period were recorded.Results:(1)There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, previous history of diabetes, hypertension,LVEF and BNP between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There was no statistical significance in the baseline vascular diameter of target lesion, preoperative stenosis degree and preoperative minimum lumen diameter between the two groups(P>0.05),and the postoperative stenosis degree was significantly improved compared with that before surgery. The postoperative minimum lumen diameter and immediate lumen acquisition in the CB+DCB group were lower than those in the DES group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)There were no adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups during hospitalization.During the median follow-up time of 18 months, there was no significant difference between the two groups in major cardiovascular adverse events and minor bleeding events(P>0.05).The major bleeding events in CB+DCB group were significantly lower than those in DES group(P<0.05).(4)Treatment type(DES treatment or CB+DCB treatment)was not a risk factor for major cardiovascular adverse events(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cutting balloon combined with drug-coated balloon is safe and effective in the treatment of in de novo coronary artery disease,no worse than drug-eluting stents, and significantly reduces the risk of major bleeding events. |
