| Objective : To explore the relationship between the sleep status of pregnant women in the second and third trimester and the iron deficiency anemia of pregnancy, and to provide evidence-based evidence for improving the quality of life of pregnant women and preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted.127 pregnant women with anemia in the second trimester of pregnancy who were examined in the obstetric clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2020 to August 2022 were collected as the case group(anemia group),and 120 normal pregnant women with the same baseline as the research group as the control group.Their general demographic data were investigated.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)was used to investigate the sleep status of pregnant women and compare the pregnancy. Then 127 people in anemia group were divided into pre-treatment group and post-treatment group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)was used to understand the sleep status of pregnant women with anemia after treatment, and the effects of anemia before and after treatment were compared. Results: 1.Among the 247 pregnant women in the second trimester,30(25.0%)in the control group,82(64.6%)in the anemia group, with a total score of 6.26 2.303,5.25 1.980 in the control group and 7.20 2.187 in the case group.2.In the analysis of each sleep dimension, the scores of subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction in anemia group were higher than those in control group.3.After controlling the confounding factors, the risk rate of sleep disorder increased by about4.565 times(OR=5.565,P < 0.001).4.Compared with before and after treatment, the total score of PSQI,subjective sleep quality score and daytime dysfunction score in anemia group were statistically significant(all P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Pregnant women in the second trimester have poor sleep status;2.The sleep status of pregnant women with anemia is higher than that of pregnant women without anemia;3.In the analysis of the dimensions of sleep quality of pregnant women,it is found that compared with pregnant women without anemia, sleep disorders are mainly manifested in five dimensions:subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction;4.The sleep quality of pregnant women with anemia has been improved after treatment, mainly in the subjective sleep quality and the sleep dimension of daytime dysfunction. |
