| Objective: To investigate the application of high resolution magnetic resonance imaging(HR-MRI)in the evaluation of risk factors of intracranial uncleated small aneurysm.Method:The 3.0THR-MRI multi-sequence wall imaging data of 43 patients with unruptured intracranial small aneurysms admitted to the Second Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January2018 to June 2022 were retrospectively studied. The aneurysm lesion characteristics of 43 cases of unruptured intracranial aneurysm(UIA)were compared between the aneurysm wall strong AWE group(14 cases of aneurysm)and the unstrengthened group(29 cases of aneurysm),and the risk factors of ruptured aneurysm were analyzed. Results: : Of the 43 aneurysms,14(32.6%)had wall enhancement after hrvw-mri.Compared with non-wall enhanced aneurysms, wall enhanced aneurysms were larger(p=0.044)and more irregular in shape(p=0.001).The PHASES score increased significantly in wall enhanced aneurysms(p<0.0001,),and the evaluation multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the irregularity of aneurysms and the PHASES score were independently correlated with the presence of AWE.Conclusion :HRVW-MRI aneurysm wall enhancement co-exists with conventional risk factors for aneurysm rupture. |
