| Objective: To compare the efficacy of main drug-eluting stent combined with branch drug-coated balloon strategy and double stent strategy in interventional treatment of coronary bifurcation. Methods: The patients with true bifurcation lesions confirmed by coronary angiography were selected from the Heart Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to December 2021(Medina 1,1,1;Medina 1,0,1;Medina 0,1,1)100 patients received DCB strategy of main branch DES combined branch as observation group(n=50)and double stent strategy as control group(n=50).Baseline data of gender, age, history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, body mass index(BMI),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),serum creatinine value, glycosylated hemoglobin, homocysteine, natriuretic peptide, troponin T and so on were compared between the two groups.Operation time, lesion site, lesion type, reference diameters of main and branch vessels, minimum lumen diameters before and after surgery, degree of stenosis, intraoperative slow blood flow of branch vessels,flow-restricted dissection, and incidence of grade 3 TIMI blood flow of main and branch vessels,The incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events, the rate of target vessel revascularization and the mode of target vessel revascularization were observed in the two groups during follow-up.Results:There were no statistical differences between the two groups in baseline data, lesion site, lesion type, reference diameters of main and branch vessels, minimum lumen diameter before surgery, degree of stenosis, intraoperative slow flow of branch vessels,flow-restricted dissection, incidence of grade 3TIMI flow of main and branch vessels, minimum lumen diameter of main and branch vessels after surgery, residual stenosis of main branch,etc(P>0.05).There were significant differences in operation time, minimum branch lumen diameter and residual branch stenosis(P>0.05).During postoperative telephone follow-up,there were no significant differences in the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events and target vessel revascularization between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The strategy of main drug-eluting stent combined with branch drug-coated balloon is effective and safe in interventional treatment of coronary bifurcation disease. |
