Effect Of Deficiency Replenishing Tranquility Cream On Serum Orexin A Levels In Patients With Yang Deficiency

Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the Cream formula on patients with yang deficiency and sleeplessness.Methods: From December 2021 to December 2022,the patients who attended the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Psychiatry,the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University(XJMU)were apart into test group(the cream formula In combination with dexzopiclone)and control group(Dexzopiclone tablets).and the PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)and TCM syndrome score scale were evaluated before and after treatment in the two groups.The symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine improved and the efficacy of deficiency relief ointment combined with dexzopiclone tablets in the intervention of sleeplessness was evaluated.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM symptom points: The distinct among the two sets before and after treatment was statistically tested,and the total score of insomnia and dreaminess,fatigue,cold extremity,dizziness and tinnitus frequent nocturia difference,soreness of waist and knees,loose stool(difference)and total score(difference)of TCM syndrome points(P<0.05)were statistically significant.The experimental group had a better effect than the control group in improving insomnia,dreaminess,fatigue,chills,cold limbs,dizziness,tinnitus,nocturia,poor urgency,and loose stools.(2)Compare all points of TCM syndrome: The total points of TCM syndrome in the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the total efficacy of TCM symptoms: The efficiency of the test group was 87.88%,the efficient The control group was 66.67%,and the test group was: the effect was significant(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of PSQI factor scores: The scores of each factor of PSQI were improved after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),but the difference between the total PSQI score,subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep persistence,sleep medication,and daytime dysfunction in the experimental group before and after treatment was Superior to the test group(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of total efficacy of PSQI: The rate of PSQI in experiment group was 84.85% and 63.64%,respectively.(6)Comparison of serum OXA levels: serum orexin A levels in the experimental group were significantly reduced,and the reduction of serum the standard of orexin A receptor in experimental group was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of dexopiclone tablets in the treatment of yang deficiency insomnia can effectively improve the sleep quality and TCM syndrome of patients,and has a certain effect on reducing the expression level of serum orexin A receptor in insomnia patients.Therefore,the treatment of deficiency and tranquility ointment combined with dexzopiclone tablets can effectively reform the patients sleep quality and improve the syptoms of lack of yang,which can be clinically promoted。...
