Obj ective:1.Through literature reading, combing and semi-structured interviews, explore the influencing factors of the health management behavior of the prediabetic population;2.Based on the theory of planned behavior, health belief model and grounded theory, construct a theoretical model of influencing factors of health management behavior of pre-diabetic population;3.In order to provide new exploration and new ideas for the formulation and optimization of follow-up health management programs and models. Methods:This study adopts the methods of convenience sampling and differential sampling, and selects 22 pre-diabetic individuals who visited the preventive treatment center and physical examination center of a tertiary first-class hospital in Harbin from April to December 2022 as the research objects.Then,semi-structured interviews were used to conduct in-depth interviews with the subj ects.A total of 30 in-depth interviews were conducted. All interviews and observation data were electronically recorded and archived. In the data analysis stage, open coding, axis coding, and selection based on grounded theory were adopted.Coding and analysis of research data by the method of gender coding, comparative analysis of collected data by means of continuous comparison, and recording of the analysis process in the form of memorandums to help researchers clarify their thinking, and provide a basis for the formation of categories and the relationship between categories To provide convenience for the construction of pre-diabetes health management behavior, and based on the theory of planned behavior and health belief model to establish the final theoretical model of factors affecting pre-diabetes health management behavior. Results:Through the core category of "health management behavior",the study constructed a theoretical framework of "influencing factors of pre-diabetes health management behavio" was constructed. The theoretical model constructed not only has a single dynamic process from the generation of behavioral intention to behavioral change and then to behavioral maintenance, but also has a cyclical process in which various factors interact to cause behavioral changes.First of all,the individual’s willingness to produce or ignore health management behaviors in the interaction of behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, and internal and external factors of perceived behavioral control. For individuals, the willingness to produce or ignore behavior management can be affected by multiple factors(internal perception, external stimuli, etc.);secondly, under the influence of action cues and behavioral experience, individuals break the original behavior or lifestyle to make it change, change There is an inseparable relationship between the motivation and the improvement of health knowledge and the change of objective outcome indicators;moreover, obtaining results that meet individual health expectations within a certain period of time and being in a favorable environment for health management are all conducive to health management behaviors.Sustain and continue. Finally, for the theoretical model constructed, behavioral experience can either affect behavior progressively by influencing behavioral intention,or directly affect behavior;action cues can be directly used as factors influencing behavior, and can also be used as a bridge between behavioral willingness and behavior and factors that maintain individual selfefficacy, affecting the generation and continuation of behavior. Conclusions:The theoretical model of health management behavior of pre-diabetes population established in this study can provide assistance for policy makers, health care providers and medical institutions to further develop pre-diabetes health management programs and strategies, and analyze the reasons that stimulate the emergence and transformation of pre-diabetes individual health management behavior,to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the long-term maintenance of health management behaviors, and at the same time enhance individuals’ understanding of their own health management behaviors.
