Objective:1.Collect prescriptions for the treatment of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription,analyzed the rules of medication using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform,exploited the advantages of Chinese medicine in treating hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,and provided some reference and new ideas for the treatment of this disease in modern Chinese medicine.2.To analyze the key targets of drug treatment for eclampsia using network pharmacology methods,explore the potential mechanisms of drug treatment for eclampsia,and provide theoretical support for the rational use of drugs in eclampsia.Methods:1.According to the eleventh volume of the Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Formulas,searched the formulas with the function of "epilepsy in pregnancy","vertigo in pregnancy" and "edema of pregnancy" in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription according to the eleventh volume,eliminated the duplicate formulas,and normalized the drug names according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Since there were too few prescriptions recorded for vertigo in pregnancy for data mining,8prescriptions for vertigo in pregnancy were excluded.The prescriptions for the treatment of epilepsy in pregnancy and edema of pregnancy were entered into the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform,and the four qi,five tastes,the attribution of meridians,the classification of efficacy,the frequency of use,the association rules and the clustering analysis of the drugs were counted.2.Using network pharmacology to obtain active ingredients and targets of drugs,disease targets,establish drug-active ingredient-target network diagrams,protein interaction network construction,and study the mechanism of action of drugs for eclampsia through GO functional enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Results:1.edema of pregnancy: a total of 64 prescriptions involving 79 Chinese medicines,17 drugs with a frequency of ≥ 10 times.The top 4 herbs in order of frequency were Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae;the four qi were mostly warm,flat,and cold;the five flavors were mostly bitter,pungent and sweet;the drugs were mostly classified as spleen and lung meridians;the efficacy of the drugs is mostly in the categories of tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and diuresis.Most of the drugs were classified into the spleen and lung meridians;most of the drugs were used to nourish deficiency,regulate qi,and promote diuresis and dampness;Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae-licorice were commonly used pairs;64 prescriptions with 79 drugs were clustered to obtain 4 core prescriptions.2.epilepsy in pregnancy: a total of 32 prescriptions involving 80 herbal medicines,10 drugs with a frequency of ≥9 times,and the top 5 drugs with a frequency of occurrence were Angelica sinensis,licorice,Chuanxiong rhizome,Fangfeng,and Antelope horn;the four qi were mostly warm,cold,and flat;the five flavors were mostly sweet,bitter,and pungent;the drugs were mostly classified into the spleen meridian,liver meridian,and heart meridian;the drug effects were mostly in the categories of tonifying deficiency,relieving symptoms,inducing diuresis,and pacifying the liver and calming the wind;Angelica sinensis-Chuanxiong rhizome,Angelica sinensis-Glycyrrhizome,and Angelica sinensis-Fangfeng were the commonly used pairs;the 32 included prescriptions with 80 drugs were analyzed by clustering to obtain 3 core prescriptions.3.A total of 198 active ingredients were screened by network pharmacology;the core targets are STAT3,TNF,MAPK14,IL-6,IL-10,FOS,IL-1B,IL-4,VEGFA,etc.;through regulating AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis in diabetic complications,IL-17 signaling pathway,the MAPK signaling pathway,etc.for eclampsia.Conclusions:1.In the treatment of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,most physicians use deficiency tonics.In the treatment of edema of pregnancy,they use qi-regulating drugs to promote qi and promote diuresis to reduce edema;and use diuretic drugs to promote diuresis and reduce edema.In the treatment of epilepsy in pregnancy,drugs of the type of symptom relief are used to dispel the wind and disperse the evil;drugs of the type of diuresis and dampness are used to reduce the edema and lower the pressure and calm the mind;drugs of the type of pacifying the liver and calming the wind are used to calm the liver and stop the spasm.2.Through network pharmacology,it can be concluded that the drug modulates STAT3,TNF,MAPK14,IL-6,IL-10,FOS,IL-1B,IL-4,VEGFA and other core targets in diabetic complications such as AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,IL-17 signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway and other related signaling pathways to achieve the goal of treating eclampsia.
