Clinical Observation Of Anti-diarrhea Patch For Spleen In The Treatment Of Infantile Spleen Deficiency Diarrhea

Purpose:The aim of this topic is to monitor clinical efficacy of Anti-Diarrhea Patch for Spleen in the treatment of infantile spleen deficiency diarrhea,objectively evaluate the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the management of childhood diarrhoea,and provide an effective and reasonable TCM treatment plan.Method:After random sampling,60 children who met the inclusion criteria were selected for the study.The control group was given the basic treatment of montelukast(Similac)and Bifidobacterium Lactis Triplex Tablets(Gold Bifidobacterium),in the treatment arm,in addition to the baseline treatment in the control arm,we used Anti-Diarrhea Patch for Spleen.A course of treatment was carried out every 7 days for 2 sessions with a follow-up of 14 days to observe the degree of improvement in the primary,secondary and points for children in the two groups.Result:1.Based on 60 spleen deficiency diarrhoea cases,patients were divided into treatment and control groups,with the odd number being divided into the treatment group and the even number being divided into the controlling group,30 cases in each group,One detachment in the treatment group,with a total of 29 cases finished;two detachments in the comparison group,with a total of 28 cases finished.There was no significant difference between the two groups by means of analysis of the general data,including gender,the age and the duration of the illness,no maj or significant variation between the two sets(P>0.05).2.The total,main and sub-evidence marks of the two groups of kids before and after therapy were found to be statistically different at P<0.05,showing that the children in both groups had improved their clinical conditions after therapy.The outcome of the two child care groups was analysed.With regard to stool count,the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05,stool properties,spirit,facial colour,diet,nausea and vomiting,with the degree of improvement in the treatment arm being significantly greater than that in the control arm.For symptoms of belly ache,the discrepancy was not found to be statistically meaningful(P>0.05),suggesting that there was no obvious discrepancy in the alleviation of symptoms of belly ache in the two groups of the child after therapy.3.Clinical efficacy:Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.5 5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.14%(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The effectiveness of Anti-Diarrhea Patch for Spleen in treating paediatric spleen and diarrhoea was clearly superior to that of the reference group;2.Anti-Diarrhea Patch for Spleen can significantly improve the defecation frequency,stool character,spirit,complexion,diet,nausea and vomiting and other symptoms in children;3.Anti-Diarrhea Patch for Spleen is useful in decreasing the rate of recurrence of spleen diarrhoea in children.
