ObjectivesUnder the guidance of the Meleis transition theory,this study constructed an intervention plan for the transition impact of undergraduate nursing students through cross-sectional investigation,literature search,qualitative interview and expert conference,and carried out the implementation to discuss the effect of the intervention,in order to provide reference for reducing the level of transition impact of undergraduate nursing students and promoting clinical adaptation of undergraduate nursing students.MethodsInvestigation on the current situation of transformation impact of undergraduate nursing students: 256 full-time undergraduate nursing students from 3 universities in Anhui Province were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire and "Transformation Impact Assessment Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Students" were used to investigate,and influencing factors were analyzed to provide basis for the later development of targeted and personalized intervention programs.Construction of intervention plan: Under the guidance of Meleis transition theory,combined with the results of previous investigation,by using the methods of literature retrieval,qualitative interview and expert conference,this paper constructs an intervention plan suitable for Chinese educational and cultural background to ease the transition impact of nursing internsStudy on the effect of intervention plan based on Meleis transition theory on the transition impact of undergraduate interns: The feasibility and effectiveness of the constructed intervention plan to alleviate the transition impact of nursing students are further verified by the experimental research design,so as to provide practical reference for the intervention research of nursing students.Results1 Investigation and research on the current situation of transformation impact of undergraduate nursing students: the transformation impact score of undergraduate nursing students was(48.51±7.15);The results of multiple step-based regression analysis showed that the professional satisfaction of nursing students,the duration of pre-job training,the degree of concern of the school during the internship and the level of professional self-concept of nursing students were the factors that affected the impact level of undergraduate nursing students’ transformation(P<0.05).2 Study on the construction of intervention program: Based on previous research results,Eight intervention themes and peer support items were formed,including "hospital system,relevant laws and regulations and patient quality and safety" "Intern Role" "Professional values and career management" "critical thinking and evidence-based thinking" "Interpersonal communication and time management" "workplace violence and bullying" "Psychological resilience and stress management" and "critical incident sharing" Objective,intern practice feedback and other intervention measures.3 The impact of the intervention program on the transition of undergraduate interns was as follows:(1)There were no statistical differences between the two groups in gender,whether the nursing students were the only child,the place of origin,the reason for filling in the volunteer,and the academic performance at school(P >0.05);(2)Before intervention,the transformation impact score of nursing students in the control group was(46.03 ± 6.65),the transformation impact score of nursing students in the intervention group was(47.76±7.76),the baseline comparison result was(t=-1.056,P=0.294),and the professional identity scale score of nursing students in the control group was(54.77±1.02).The occupational identity scale score of nursing students in the intervention group(55.32±8.43),compared with baseline(t=-0.259,P=0.797),there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)After intervention,the transformation impact score of the intervention group(43.37±8.02),the control group(48.36 ± 6.12),the intervention group(59.95±8.77),the control group(55.08±8.34),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The transformation impact of undergraduate nursing students is at a medium and high level.In the teaching of clinical undergraduate interns,we should pay attention to the transformation impact of undergraduate students,so as to promote the better role transformation of undergraduates,so as to promote the development of their nursing profession2.Based on the Meleis transition theory as the theoretical basis of the intervention program,the first draft of the intervention program was formed on the basis of literature retrieval at home and abroad,qualitative interviews and preliminary cross-sectional investigation.Later,the program was further revised through the expert meeting,and a scientific,feasible and localized intervention program was formed to alleviate the impact of the transition of undergraduate nursing students3.The intervention program based on Meleis transition theory can help reduce the level of transformation impact of undergraduate nursing students,improve their professional identity,and provide reference for future transformation impact intervention of nursing students...
