ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of community public health comprehensive intervention among 2 groups with risk of cardiovascular diseases(CVD),and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.MethodsBased on the early screening and comprehensive intervention project of high-risk CVD population in Anhui Province from 2016 to 2022,14 cities were randomly selected from 16 cities in Anhui Province by multi-stage cluster sampling method,and1 county(district)in each city was selected as the intervention site, with a total of 14counties(districts).Comprehensive intervention data(including baseline,3-month and 12-month follow-up data)were collected, and the subjects were divided into high-risk and non-high-risk cardiovascular disease risk assessment models recommended by China Cardiovascular Disease Risk Assessment and Management Guidelines. The effects of comprehensive community public health intervention on blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid in high-risk and non-high-risk groups were compared. The continuity variable was not normally distributed by the normality test and was expressed as [M(P25,P75)],and the rank-sum test was used for comparison between groups.Mean value and 95%CI were used to analyze the blood pressure difference between the two groups.Classification information is expressed [n](%),disorderly classification data using χ2 inspection at the same time, orderly classification data using rank and inspection compared between groups.Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze and compare the effects of intervention measures on high-risk and non-high-risk groups of CVD.Results1.A total of 12 522 subjects were followed up,including 9 835 subjects with blood pressure,4 697 subjects with blood glucose and 4 272 subjects with blood lipid. There were 6 123 people at high risk of cardiovascular disease, the detection rate was48.90% and the standard detection rate was 38.90%.2.The blood pressure control effect of high risk group was better than that of non-high risk group.Compared with non-high risk group,sbp1 and sbp2 decreased by9.011 mm Hg(95%CI:-9.990 ~-8.032)and 11.861 mm Hg(95%CI:-12.884 ~-10.838),dbp1 decreased by 2.839 mm Hg(95%CI:-3.395 ~-2.283),dbp2 decreased by 2.710 mm Hg(95%CI:-3.276 ~-2.144).3.The short-term glycemic control effect of high-risk groups was better than that of non-high-risk groups, and glu1 of high-risk groups decreased by 0.367 mmol/L more than that of non-high-risk groups(95%CI:-0.457 ~-0.277).4.The effect of high density lipoprotein control in high risk group was better than that in non-high risk group.Compared with high density lipoprotein control in non-high risk group,hdl1 in high risk group increased by 0.061 mmol/L(95%CI:0.034~ 0.088),and hdl2 in high risk group increased by 0.055 mmol/L(95%CI:0.028~ 0.082).The long-term control effect of triglyceride in high-risk groups was better than that in non-high-risk groups, and the tg1 in high-risk groups was decreased by 0.057 mmol/L(95%CI:-0.108~-0.005)compared with non-high-risk groups.Conclusion1.Community public health intervention improved blood pressure in high risk group of cardiovascular disease better than non-high risk group.2.The short-term improvement of blood glucose in cardiovascular disease by community public health intervention was better than that in non-high risk population.3.The long-term improvement of high-density lipoprotein and triglyceride in high-risk groups of cardiovascular disease by comprehensive intervention of community public health is better than that in non-high-risk groups.
