| Objective: To study the current situation of the quality of life of stroke patients after early rehabilitation and analyze its influencing factors, and to explore the impact of intervention programs based on the "SMG" health management model on the quality of life of stroke patients.Methods:(1)Using the objective sampling method,262 stroke patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of a Class III hospital in Urumqi from October 2021 to August 2022 were selected for the baseline survey using the general data questionnaire, the stroke scale of the National Institutes of Health, the modified Barthel index rating scale, the self-efficacy questionnaire, the medical coping style questionnaire and the stroke quality of life assessment scale;(2)106 patients with stroke hemiplegia were selected from the baseline survey, and 4 of the 8 diagnosis and treatment areas in the hospital were randomly selected as the intervention group and the other 4 as the control group, with 54 patients in each group;(3)The control group was given early routine rehabilitation care for stroke, and the intervention group was intervened based on the "SMG" health management model. One day before the intervention and two month after the intervention,self-efficacy,medical coping style,self-care ability and quality of life of patients in the two groups were investigated.Results:(1)The baseline survey data showed that the total score of self-efficacy of stroke patients was(46.15±22.32);The score of face coping style was(11.41 ± 3.07),avoidance score was(18.91±2.09),and yield score was(9.42±4.39);The total score of quality of life was(157.73±38.94).(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of quality of life of stroke patients was positively correlated with the total score of facing medical coping style,self-efficacy and its dimensions(P<0.05);(3)Multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-care ability,self-efficacy and surrender coping style were the main factors affecting the quality of life of stroke patients(P<0.05);(4)After intervention based on the "SMG" model, the scores of self-efficacy and all dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of self-efficacy and all dimensions after intervention were higher than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of face coping style in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of avoidance and submission coping style were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The total score and scores of all dimensions of self-care ability of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of self-care ability after intervention were higher than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total score of quality of life, language, thinking, vision, upper limb function, emotion, activity ability,self-care ability, work ability, personality, energy and family role in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The overall quality of life of stroke patients needs to be improved, and the scores of quality of life are significantly affected by the self-care ability,self-efficacy and submission to medical coping style of stroke patients;Intervention methods based on "SMG" health management model can improve the self-efficacy of stroke patients and enhance their rehabilitation confidence;Intervention based on the "SMG" model can help reduce the negative coping psychology of patients, thus changing the positive medical coping style;Intervention based on the "SMG" model significantly improved the self-care ability of stroke patients and improved their quality of life after stroke. |
