Objective:To analyze the prognostic value of preoperative CA19-9 and blood routine parameters in patients with gallbladder cancer. Methods: The clinical data of136 patients who received radical gallbladder carcinoma operation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to May 2021 were collected.Cox regression proportional risk model and Kaplan-Meier method were used to analyze the prognosis.Combined with CA19-9 and NLR,patients were divided into low level group, single elevated group and combined high level group. Results 136 patients were included in the study.COX proportional regression analysis(NLR)was performed(HR=1.903,P=0.004).CA19-9(HR = 2.991,P<0.001),TNM stage(HR=1.645,P=0.014),lymph node dissection(HR=1.604,P=0.027)was an independent prognostic factor for gallbladder cancer patients.High CA19-9 and high NLR groups(P=0.05)was shorter than that in low CA19-9 and low NLR groups.Preoperative serum CA19-9 and NLR are associated with the prognosis of patients with gallbladder cancer. Conclusion: High preoperative CA19-9 and NLR are the main predictors of poor prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma after radical treatment.
