| Objective To explore the clinical effect of facial soft tissue absorbable lifting band combined with fat grafting in the recovery of middle and lower face rejuvenation by using a comparative study of facial soft tissue absorbable lifting band implantation alone and combined with fat grafting.Methods A total of 113 healthy adult patients who requested surgery to improve middle and lower facial aging in the Department of cosmetic surgery,the Fifth attached Hospital of Sinkiang Medical University from October 2019 to August2022 were hand-picked.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 87 cases with complete follow-up were screened out(aged 32-68 years,median age 41years).The study group(45 cases)underwent facial soft tissue absorbable lifting band combined with autologous fat suction and plastic rhytidectomy.The control group(42cases)only underwent conventional facial soft tissue absorbable lifting band face lift.The patients were followed up for 6-24 months,with an average of 13.5 months.The morphological scores of nasolabial fold,marionie-line and mandibular margin,MMVS score,GAIS score and FACE-Q series scale were recorded before operation,6 months and 12 months after operation.The postoperative efficacy and complications were analyzed.Results Of the 53 patients in this study: 1.There was no statistical significance in age,gender and aging degree between the combination group and the conventional group(P>0.05);2.The score of nasolabial fold,puppet line and mandibular margin shape:there was no vital distinction between the 2 teams before operation,half dozen months and twelve months when operation(P>0.05).3.MMVS score: there was no vital distinction between the 2 teams before operation(P >0.05),but there was significant difference at 6 months and 12 months after operation(P<0.05).4.GAIS score: the overall improvement of facial rejuvenation in the study group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05);5.FACE-Q Series Scales: Compared with the control group,the study group was better in the overall facial satisfaction scale,zygomatic satisfaction scale,buccal satisfaction scale,neck satisfaction scale,nasolabial fold scale,total facial wrinkles scale,satisfaction with surgical decision scale,satisfaction with surgical effect scale,psychological function scale,and social function scale(P<0.05).6.There was no important distinction in operative complications between the 2 teams(P>0.05).Conclusion The facial soft tissue absorbable pulling band combined with autologous fat carving has a significant effect on facial rejuvenation,and the surgical trauma is small,the postoperative recovery is fast,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
