| Objective: To study primaryaldosteronism(primaryaldosteronism;PA)is an endocrine disease.Previous studies have shown that patients with unilateral PA have disorders in short-chain fatty acid(SCFA)producing bacteria, sugar and amino acid metabolism related bacteria and inflammation related bacteria, but there is no result on the characteristics of intestinal flora of bilateral PA.This study aims to study the distribution characteristics of intestinal flora in patients with bilateral PA.The relationship between some microflora and clinical biochemical indexes was analyzed.Method:This study collected from March 1,2021 to March 31,2022 hypertension in xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital medical center visits with plasma aldosterone renin activity ratio(Aldosteronetoreninratio,ARR)and normal saline infusion test experiment after definite diagnosis for patients with PA,Adrenal venous blood extraction for subtype diagnosis(adrenalvenoussampling,AVS),incorporated in the patients with bilateral PA,collect the stool specimens, for PA group(group A),collect stool specimens of the hospitalized patients with essential hypertension(EH)at the same period as the control group(group B),Amplified sequencevariants(Ampliconsequencevariants;ASVs)data and α and β diversity analysis were performed to calculate the species richness and evenness between the two groups.T test,Lefse analysis and CCA analysis were performed to find the different flora between the groups. The clinical characteristics of patients were collected comprehensively and systematically for statistical analysis. Results:There were 1515 ASVs in the PA group compared with those in the essential hypertension group. There was no significant difference in species diversity and evenness between the two groups.Lefse analysis and T test were used to identify species with significant differences among groups at each taxonomic level. We found that in terms of genus,There were significant differences in Prevotella,Sutterell and Eubacteria-Siraeum between the two groups(P=0.014,P=0.021,P=0.027).CCA analysis suggested that the duration of hypertension, plasma renin activity(PRA)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)had the greatest influence on the species composition of intestinal flora. The αdiversity analysis between the two groups showed no statistical significance, indicating that there was no significant difference in species diversity and evenness between the two groups. The β diversity analysis between the two groups showed that the species composition of the two groups was similar, but no statistical difference was found. Conclusion: Compared with patients with essential hypertension, the intestinal tract of bilateral PA patients showed no significant changes, but there were differences in some microflora, which may be caused by too small sample size, and further large-scale sample verification is needed. |
