As the "gatekeepers" of national medical service system and an important part of the national healthcare system,community medical institutions effectively promote the rational allocation and use of medical resources,and facilitate the formation of the healthcare concept of “minor ailments in the community and serious illnesses in the hospital”.In recent years,despite the rapid development of community medical institutions,there are still issues such as shortage of medical resources and limited service capabilities.To further implement the national health policy of“Prevention-oriented,combined with prevention and treatment ”,community medical institutions should change their service concept,be thoroughly conversant with all the health condition of every resident in their districts and take the initiative to provide relevant medical services,which will greatly optimize social medical resources and improve the health level of residents.Based on this,this author designs an intelligent health management system for community residents in this paper.The purpose is to provide community residents with comprehensive health management services,so as to improve community residents’ confidence in community medical institutions.The main contents include: the cardiovascular disease prediction model constructed by the support vector machine algorithm to predict the risk of cardiovascular disease of community users;the health scoring model designed for the physical examination report to realize the health scoring function of community users after physical examination.And the results of the prediction model and the scoring model are managed in achieving hierarchical management of community users and different ways of health return visit will be adopted respectively.In view of the numerous and tanglesome physical examination reports,the user’s past abnormal indicators are displayed in the form of line graphs,which is convenient for users and doctors to observe changes of abnormal indicators.The management system designed by the author involves three types of users:community users,community administrators and registered doctors.The designed and implemented functions include:(1)to provide community users with functions such as health rating,disease prediction,health records,physical examination appointments,and health consultations;(2)to provide community administrators with functions such as user reminders,permission settings,physical examination settings,doctor management,user management;(3)to provide registered doctors with functions such as consultation list,consultation response,and patient information query.The front-end of the system is based on Weex cross-platform development software,and integrates Vue and Html5 frameworks to display the functions of the entire system page.The back-end is based on the Spring Boot framework,and integrates the main components in the Spring Cloud framework to complete the construction of the entire back-end architecture.Data resources and image resources are separately stored in My SQL database and Fast DFS server.Finally,an intelligent health management system based on the design idea of microservice that integrates high availability and low coupling is realized.
