Objective: This study,from the perspective of outpatient treatment costs of rheumatic immune diseases in Liaoning Province,combined with the actual situation of Liaoning Province,comprehensively understand the current situation of outpatient treatment costs of rheumatic immune diseases in Liaoning Province,rationally allocate health resources,meet the health needs of the population of rheumatic immune diseases,reduce the economic burden of patients,and provide data and theoretical support for the relevant departments to specify health policies.Methods: In this study,multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used to select medical and health institutions of different types and levels in 5 cities out of 14prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province to obtain the outpatient cost data from2017 to 2019.According to the framework of " System of Health Account 2011",this paper carries out a comprehensive analysis of the outpatient expenses of rheumatic immune diseases in Liaoning Province from the perspectives of the direction of institutions,the sources of financing,the beneficiaries and the internal composition of treatment expenses.The influencing factors of outpatient expenses of rheumatic and immune diseases in Liaoning Province were analyzed by using grey correlation analysis,structural change analysis and nonparametric test.Results: From 2017 to 2019,the outpatient treatment cost of rheumatic immune diseases increased from 325,8747 yuan to 55,553 million yuan,and the average outpatient cost of rheumatic immune diseases increased from 501.12 yuan to 597.67 yuan.From the perspective of service providers,the outpatient expenses of general hospitals accounted for the highest proportion,all of which were over 60%.From the perspective of beneficiaries,outpatient treatment costs were concentrated in the 55-64 age group,and diffuse connective tissue disease and metabolic endocrine-related rheumatism were the top two outpatient costs.From the dimension of financing sources,62.96% of the expenses come from public financing programs,2.34% from voluntary financing programs,and 34.69% from family health expenditures.In addition,grey correlation analysis method shows that the first two correlation sequences are western medicine costs and laboratory costs.The structural change degree analysis showed that the total structural change degree of outpatient expenses for rheumatism and immune diseases was 26.53% from 2017 to 2019,and the top three contribution rates of structural change were Chinese herbal medicine,Western medicine and examination costs.Nonparametric test results showed that age,gender,type of insurance,and institution level all had an impact on outpatient treatment costs.Conclusion: 1.From 2017 to 2019,the outpatient treatment cost and sub-average outpatient cost of rheumatology and immune diseases in Liaoning Province showed an increasing trend.2.There are obvious differences in the cost composition of outpatient treatment of rheumatic immune diseases in different categories of diseases and different age groups.3.The proportion of outpatient expenses of different types of institutions is different,and most of them are concentrated in general hospitals.4.The proportion of drug expenses is the highest,and items that fail to reflect the value of medical services such as western drug costs,laboratory fees,and examination fees are the main factors that cause fluctuations in outpatient expenses for rheumatic immune diseases.5.The proportion of household health expenditure is high,and the personal disease burden is heavy.
