Objective: To understand the status quo of electronic Health literacy and selfmanagement behavior in patients with Gestational diabetes Mellitus(GDM),and to explore the correlation between electronic Health literacy and self-management behavior and their influencing factors. To provide a theoretical basis for improving the status of electronic Health literacy and self-management behavior of pregnant women with diabetes and developing relevant intervention programs. Methods: Convenient sampling method was used to select diabetes patients in pregnancy who met the inclusion criteria and visited the obstetric clinic of a tertiary first-class hospital in Shenyang from October 2021 to August 2022.Conduct a one-on-one questionnaire survey. The research tools are the self-designed general information questionnaire, diabetes self-management behavior questionnaire during pregnancy, mobile electronic Health literacy scale, diabetes self-efficacy scale, and social support rating scale.Use Epidata3.1 software to input data, and SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis. The counting data were described by frequency and composition ratio, and the measurement data were described by mean ± standard deviation, median and Quartile;Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between electronic Health literacy and self-management behavior;Single factor analysis was conducted using Mann Whitney U rank sum test,Kruskal Wallis H rank sum test, independent sample T test, and analysis of variance;Multiple factor analysis was conducted using stepwise linear regression and stratified linear regression.P<0.05 indicates a statistically significant difference. Results: 1.Current situation of electronic Health literacy in patients with diabetes during pregnancy: According to the overall and average scores of each item in each dimension, the overall electronic Health literacy was 3.67(3.33,3.92)points,and the scores of each dimension from high to low were information acquisition, self perception, and interactive evaluation.Compared with the general population in China, the overall electronic Health literacy is low.2.Status quo of self-management behavior of diabetes patients during pregnancy: the total score of self-management behavior is(95.72 ± 16.39)points,the score index is 59.45%,and the overall level is poor. The score indicators for drug treatment and regular follow-up were 94.00% and 92.14%,indicating a good level; The score indicators for dietary management and blood glucose monitoring are 68.16% and60.05%,with a moderate level; The score indicators for weight management and exercise management were 58.86% and 50.33%,indicating poor levels.3.Correlation analysis of electronic Health literacy and self-management behavior: there is a positive correlation between electronic Health literacy and various dimensions and self-management behavior, and the correlation coefficient is 0.453-0.560(P<0.05).4.Influencing factors of electronic Health literacy of pregnant diabetes patients:(1)Single factor analysis results: electronic Health literacy scores in education background, occupation type, occupation status, current residence, whether to participate in health education and training, family history, health information source channels, online health information search channels, online health information search frequency, online health information search difficulty, usefulness of online health information There were statistically significant differences in the credibility of online health information, the frequency of applying online health information, and the frequency of discussing online health information(P<0.05)Multi factor analysis results: occupational status, usefulness of online health information, online health information search approach, online health information search frequency, application of online health information frequency, online health information search difficulty, and online health information credibility entered the regression equation(P<0.05).5.Influencing factors of self-management behavior of pregnant women with diabetes:(1)univariate analysis: education background, occupation type, occupation status, current residence, whether to participate in health education and training, pre pregnancy BMI,course of disease, family history, health information source channel, online health information search path, online health information search frequency, online health information search difficulty, online health information usefulness, online health information credibility There was a statistically significant difference in the frequency of applying and discussing online health information(P<0.05)Multivariate analysis results: Pre pregnancy BMI,online health information search pathways,self-efficacy,self perception, and interactive evaluation entered the regression equation(P<0.05).Self perception and interactive evaluation accounted for a total of 4.3%of the variance. Conclusions: 1.The level of electronic Health literacy and self-management behavior of pregnant women with diabetes need to be improved.2.The electronic Health literacy and its dimensions of patients with gestational diabetes were positively correlated with selfmanagement behavior.3.The influencing factors of electronic Health literacy of pregnant women with diabetes were occupational status, the usefulness of online health information, online health information search ways, online health information search frequency, the frequency of application of online health information, the difficulty of online health information search, and the credibility of online health information.4.The influencing factors of self-management behavior of pregnant women with diabetes were pre pregnancy BMI,online health information search approach,self-efficacy,self perception, and interactive evaluation.
