Clinical Study Of Music Therapy Combined With Compound Lidocaine Cream For Relieving Acupuncture Pain In Patients With Nodular Prurigo Treated With Fire Needle Therapy

ObjectivesIn this study,three intervention measures including music therapy,compound lidocaine cream encapsulation and music therapy combined compound lidocaine cream encapsulation were added to the routine nursing mode of fire needle treatment for tuberous pruritch,to observe whether the three intervention measures can relieve acupuncture pain during fire needle treatment,so as to improve the comfort level of patients receiving fire needle treatment and reduce their anxiety.Actively cooperate with medical staff to improve the effect of needle therapy on nodular pruritus,reduce the operation time of needle therapy,and provide reference for clinical needle therapy.MethodsA total of 120 patients with nodular pruritic eruption who met the standard of dispensing and needed to be treated with fire needle were selected from the dermatology department of a third-class A hospital in Jingzhou City from November 2021 to July 2022.The patients were randomly divided into four groups with 30 patients in each group,and corresponding intervention measures were given to the four groups of patients receiving fire needle therapy.The control group was treated with routine nursing and baivasoline encapsulation,the intervention measure of test group A was treated with music therapy and baivasoline encapsulation on the basis of routine nursing,the intervention measure of test group B was treated with compound lidocaine cream encapsulation on the basis of routine nursing,and the intervention measure of test group C was treated with music therapy combined with compound lidocaine cream encapsulation on the basis of routine nursing.During the treatment period,five data were collected from the four groups of patients in terms of therapeutic effect,acupuncture pain,comfort level,anxiety level and operation time of the treatment staff.The collected data and data were carefully recorded and sorted out.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the data,and the application effect of three intervention measures in clinical fire needle treatment of patients with nodular pruritic rash was evaluated.ResultsAfter receiving different intervention measures,experimental group C was better than experimental group B,experimental group A and control group in four dimensions of acupuncture pain,comfort,anxiety and operation time of fire needle therapy,the difference was statistically significant(r<0.01).Experimental group B was better than experimental group A and control group in four dimensions,and the difference was statistically significant(r<0.01).Experimental group A was better than control group in four dimensions,and the difference was statistically significant(r<0.01).There was no difference in the therapeutic effect of experimental group C compared with experimental group B and experimental group A(r >0.05).Compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences in the therapeutic effect of experimental groups A,B and C(r<0.01).ConclusionsThe application of music therapy combined with compound lidocaine cream encapsulation in the treatment of nodular pruritus with fire needle can significantly relieve the pain of patients receiving fire needle therapy,improve the comfort level of patients during treatment,reduce the anxiety of patients during treatment,and reduce the operation time of medical staff during fire needle therapy.The experimental analysis shows that the pain intervention measures of music therapy combined with compound lidocaine cream encapsulation is more suitable for clinical treatment than the traditional nursing mode of fire needle therapy,improve the acceptance of patients to fire needle therapy,so that all patients can be treated on time,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of disease,and has a certain clinical application value.
