| Objective:The purpose of this study is to use massage to treat Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction(posterior dislocation).By comparing Pelvic torsion,Rotation correction(pelvis),Pelvic tilt distance, pain improvement and lumbar function improvement, the changes of pelvis and clinical effect were observed,And to provide some reference for quantitative evaluation of the effect of manual therapy. Methods:From May 2022 to December 2022,66 patients with Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction(posterior dislocation)in the Department of Massage and Orthopaedics of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(n=33)and control group(n=33).Treatment group was treated with massage once every other day for 7 times, observation before the first treatment and after the last treatment.Control group was treated with oral celecoxib(trade name: Celebrex, registration Certificate No.: National Drug Approval J20140072,specification: 200mg/tablet),200 mg,once a day for 14 days, observation before the first treatment and after the last treatment.VAS pain score scale,JOA evaluation scale as observation index,DIERS 4D Spine Posture&motion Analysisotion system were selected to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the patients after treatment according to the improvement rate calculated by JOA score, and compared between groups.Results:1.VAS pain score: Before and after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in pain degree between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could reduce pain. There was statistical significance in the degree of pain between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that treatment group was better than control group in the degree of pain improvement.2.JOA waist function assessment: Intra-group comparison before and after treatment showed a statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the waist function of patients. After treatment, there was A statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that treatment group was better than control group in the improvement of waist function after treatment.3.DIERS 4D Spine Posture&motion Analysisotion system: Intra-group comparison of Pelvic torsion,Rotation correction(pelvis),Pelvic tilt distance between the two groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment in both groups could improve the Pelvic torsion,Rotation correction(pelvis),Pelvic tilt distance. After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in Pelvic torsion,Rotation correction(pelvis),Pelvic tilt distance between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that treatment group was better than control group in improving the Pelvic torsion,Rotation correction(pelvis),Pelvic tilt distance.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation: After treatment,inter-group comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation between the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that treatment group was better than control group.Conclusions:1.In the treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction(posterior dislocation),massage therapy and celecoxib treatment can effectively reduce pain and improve lumbar function, and massage treatment group is better than oral celecoxib treatment group.2.In the treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction(posterior dislocation),massage treatment and celecoxib treatment improved Pelvic torsion,Rotation correction(pelvis),Pelvic tilt distance, and the curative effect of massage group was better than oral celecoxib treatment group. |
