Research On User Scenario Oriented Information Interaction Design For Medical And Nursing User

As China enters the aging society stage,the development and construction of information technology,the mature application of information technology and interaction design have brought new opportunities and challenges for the traditional pension model.However,the traditional maintenance service mode cannot meet the current needs of elderly care.This study will explore the user situation-oriented interaction design method by investigating the usage scenario needs of medical care users,functional design of medical care information platform,necessity of medical care information construction and information interaction experience,so as to build an effective path for medical care information construction.This study focuses on the information integration of medical and nursing resources and the interactive experience of users’ use scenarios for investigation,analysis and design practice.Through the collation and analysis of the existing medical and nursing related information platform,the basic status quo and existing problems of the medical and nursing information platform are found: first,the function is single and the user’s choice is limited;Second,the visual and interactive design needs to be optimized,and the use experience is not good;Third,there are functional disadvantages of too small or too complex functional architecture,visual design is not beautiful enough,the functional plate is not rich enough;Fourthly,they belong to the subsystem of pension institutions,which is restrictive to the user group.A variety of social media platforms are used to publish questionnaires to obtain a large amount of original data and information and accurately depict the needs of users.From the platform functional architecture,,user context-oriented visual and interactive interface design strategy construction,design practice application and other aspects,through the analysis of related roles,drawing user journey map and correlation analysis,the focus is on the pain points,difficulties and design points of users’ demand for medical and nursing services.The five elements of user situation experience and user experience are introduced into the construction of design strategy,the platform functional block and information structure are defined,and the innovation path of user situation and interaction mode is discussed.This study takes mobile terminal APP as the design carrier to carry out the design practice of "Yixi Huiyang" APP,improve the platform functional framework,optimize the visual design,and simplify the interface interaction process,so as to improve the user experience and provide the elderly with informationized,high-quality and efficient medical care services.
