A Study On The Chinese Medicine Prescription Compatibility Features For Famous Doctors In Fujian And Taiwan

Objective:By analyzing and studying the collected prescriptions of Director Xu Shina’s medical records,the compatibility characteristics of Director Xu Shina’s clinical prescriptions were summarized.Methods:Using the method of clinical follow-up,the prescription data of Director Xu Shina in the outpatient department of the National Medical Hall affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were manually collected.After standardizing the original data,using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0,we selected three data mining methods:frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis to study the relevant data obtained from the analysis,and summarized the clinical prescription drug compatibility characteristics of Director Xu Shina in treating spleen and stomach diseases and tumors.Result:1 Overall Analysis of Spleen and Stomach Diseases: Of the 237 prescriptions,136 traditional Chinese medicines are involved,and high-frequency drugs include Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Fructus Aurantii,Cinnamomum Cinnamomi,and Muxiang.The main efficacy is to replenish deficiency,with the most moderate temperature in the four qi,the most pungent in the five flavors,and the most meridian tropism in the spleen meridian.4 medication modes:Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes macrocephala,and Fructus Aurantii;Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus Aurantii,Cinnamomum cassia;Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus Aurantii,and Muxiang;Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus Aurantii,and Paeonia lactiflora.The six core combinations are: Atractylodes macrocephala-Atractylodes macrocephala-Fructus Aurantii-Cinnamomum cassia-Aconite;Atractylodes macrocephala-Atractylodes macrocephala-Fructus Aurantii-Cinnamomum cassia-Pinellia ternata;Atractylodes lanceolata-Fructus Aurantii-Atractylodes macrocephala-Aconite-Coix Seed;Atractylodes lanceolata-Fructus Aurantii-Atractylodes macrocephala-Scutellaria baicalensis-Cinnamomum cassia twig;Atractylodes macrocephala-Atractylodes macrocephala-Coptis chinensis-Fructus Aurantii-Poria cocos;Atractylodes macrocephala-Atractylodes macrocephala-Fructus Aurantii-Cinnamomum cassia-Turtle shell.2 Overall analysis of tumors: Among the 260 prescriptions,a total of 156 traditional Chinese medicines are involved,and high-frequency drugs include turtle shell,astragalus,cassia twig,atractylodes macrocephala,atractylodes macrocephala,and fructus aurantii.The main efficacy is to replenish deficiency,with the most moderate temperature in the four qi,the most sweet in the five flavors,and the most meridian tropism in the spleen meridian.Three valuable medication rules are: Astragalus,Radix Rehmanniae,Turtle shell;Astragalus,Cinnamomum cassia → Turtle shell;Atractylodes lanceolata,Fructus Aurantii → Atractylodes macrocephala.The four core combinations are: turtle shell,astragalus membranaceus,cassia twig;Turtle shell-Huangqi-Raw Rehmannia glutinosa;Turtle shell-Atractylodes macrocephala-Atractylodes macrocephala;Turtle shell-cinnamon twig-aconite.Conclusion:1 In this study,it was found that the properties of traditional Chinese medicine used by Director Xu Shina to treat spleen and stomach diseases are mainly warm,cold,and flat,with the most common flavors being pungent,bitter,and sweet.The main meridian tropism of drugs is to regulate the spleen and stomach meridians.It is summarized that when Director Xu treats spleen and stomach diseases,he should divide the two meridians of the spleen and stomach,and also pay attention to the coordination of the lungs,heart,liver,and kidney,so that the movement of qi can be restored to normal,so that the spleen and stomach can be self regulated.Xinwen drugs can warm the central state,promote qi and stomach,and dissipate dampness and heat;Bitter and warm drugs can reduce nausea and vomiting,dry dampness,strengthen the spleen,promote qi and eliminate accumulation;Sweet and warm drugs can replenish qi,strengthen the spleen,and replenish qi and yang,reflecting Director Xu’s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases focuses on regulating qi,as well as the treatment principle of dispelling dampness.2 When treating spleen and stomach diseases,Cangzhu,Baizhu,Zhishi,Muxiang,Guizhi,and Baishao are high-frequency drug combinations used in combination with Director Xu.The six core drugs extracted for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are often used according to the different constitutions and pathogenesis of patients.The six commonly used prescriptions obtained by Professor Xu are mainly based on a certain formula during treatment,supplemented by other formulas added or subtracted,and used in combination.3 Director Xu Shina used traditional Chinese medicine to treat tumors,which is mainly warm,cold,and flat in nature.The medicinal taste is mostly sweet,spicy,and bitter,and the meridians of the medicine are mainly directed towards the spleen,stomach,and lung meridians.Summarize the treatment principle of Director Xu in treating tumors,which emphasizes the importance of maintaining positive energy and timely eliminating pathogenic factors.4 When treating tumors,Director Xu should flexibly mix and use Changbiejia,Shengdihuang,Huangqi,Guizhi,Fuzi,Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes macrocephala,and Fructus Aurantii,and match corresponding drugs according to the patient’s symptoms.The 8 commonly used formulas obtained by Director Xu vary with the disease,and their application is flexible.5 According to clinical follow-up findings,Director Xu Shina attaches great importance to physical factors when treating the two diseases,and his prescriptions are often combined with body regulating drugs.The prescriptions used are mainly based on classic formulas,supplemented by seasonal formulas.
