Study On The Construction Of Competency Index System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Network Appointment Nurses

ObjectiveIn order to further explore the "Internet plus nursing service" model,respond to the requirements of the National Health Commission,and clarify the post competency of traditional Chinese medicine nurses engaged in online appointment nurses,this study,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign online appointment nurses,combined with the Delphi method and the hierarchical analysis method,constructed the post competency index system of traditional Chinese medicine online appointment nurses,and provided a reference basis for the appointment,training,and assessment of traditional Chinese medicine online appointment nurses.MethodIn the early stage,a research group was established to select medical staff and inpatients to carry out qualitative research on the basis of literature research,and initially formed the competency index system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing network appointment nurses.Then,the indicators were adjusted and screened by Delphi expert inquiry method,and the weights of indicators were finally set by using the analytic hierarchy process.Result1.In the early stage,based on literature research and the guidance of "iceberg theory",a qualitative interview outline was established,and finally four major interview topics were formed.Topic 1: admission conditions of traditional Chinese medicine online nurses,Topic 2: solid knowledge and practical skills of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,Topic 3: comprehensive ability of traditional Chinese medicine online nurses,and Topic 4:professional quality and characteristics.2.In the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires,the recovery rate of the first round of questionnaires was 100%,and the recovery rate of the second round of questionnaires was 88.89%.A total of more than 60 expert opinions were collected.The average coordination degree of experts was 0.174 and 0.304 respectively,and the authority degree of experts was 0.849.Finally,there are 4 admittance conditions for nurses in the TCM nursing network,4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 88third-level indicators in the competency index system of TCM nursing posts.3.Use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of indicators at all levels,including 0.253 of theoretical knowledge,0.253 of practical skills,0.244 of comprehensive quality,and 0.250 of professional quality and personal characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine online nurses.Then use the probability multiplication method to obtain the combined weight of each indicator.ConclusionThis study preliminarily constructed the competency index system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing network appointment nurses through literature research,semi-structured interview,Delphi expert inquiry and analytic hierarchy process,including4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 88 third-level indicators.The expert letter inquiry method in this study is extremely professional,authoritative and highly coordinated,which indicates that this study is reliable and scientific,and is helpful to further clarify the ability requirements of traditional Chinese medicine nurses to engage in online appointment.
