| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongjing recipe combined with catgut embedding at acupoints on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type, and to explore the clinical effect and mechanism of internal-external combined therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type, therefore, the advantages of internal and external combined therapy of TCM are embodied, which can provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and an accurate and reliable basis for the clinical application of this therapy. Methods: Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Thirty cases in the treatment group were treated with oral dysmenorrhea formula combined with acupuncture point embedding, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with oral dysmenorrhea formula alone for 3 months, with follow-up at the end of treatment for 3 months. The recent and long-term efficacy of the two groups and the overall efficacy of TCM were compared, and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:1.When comparing the two groups before and after treatment, the dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,CMSS severity score,CMSS duration score, total TCM symptom score, and single TCM symptom score decreased in both groups, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).2.Compared between groups, dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,CMSS duration score,CMSS severity score and total scores of TCM syndromes decreased more significantly in the treatment group, with statistical significance(all P <0.05).3.The near-term effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was better than that of the control group of 66.67%;the long-term total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.34%,which was better than that of the control group of 60.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).In the comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of Chinese medicine, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00% significantly better than that of the control group of 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Oral dysmenorrhea formula combined with acupuncture point embedding and oral dysmenorrhea formula alone have good efficacy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.;2.Oral dysmenorrhea formula combined with acupuncture point embedding is better than oral dysmenorrhea formula alone in improving dysmenorrhea symptoms, reducing the duration of dysmenorrhea symptoms, the degree of pain and improving TCM symptoms, and its immediate and long-term efficacy is better.3.Oral dysmenorrhea formula combined with acupuncture point embedding is better than oral dysmenorrhea formula alone in improving symptoms such as cold pain in the small abdomen before and after menstruation, menstrual color quality, lumbago, nausea and vomiting, and loose stools and diarrhea. |
