Clinical Study On Postoperative Residual Stones Of PCNL In The Treatment Of Scorched Hot And Humid Kidney Stones With Flavored Herb Drink

ObjectiveThis project aims to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of postoperative stone residue after percutaneous nephrolithotomy under coke and humid fever with flavored treatment by prospective clinical randomized controlled study method,and to provide an effective treatment plan for the treatment of PCNL after PCNL in the treatment of kidney stones with coke humid fever with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodPatients who underwent PCNL surgery in the inpatient department of the Department of Urology,Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2022 to December 2022 were selected and re-examined for KUB on the 5th postoperative day.If residual stones remain,advise the patient to drink plenty of fluids and exercise moderately after discharge.After returning to the hospital for re-examination 2 weeks after surgery,patients who still saw stone residue were included in the study,a total of 72 cases(after 3 cases were shed,the final statistics were 69 cases).According to the simple randomization method,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group re-examined KUB 2 weeks after surgery and saw residual stones,and began oral tongcao drink plus money grass,chicken inner gold,sea jinsha and general treatment.control group oral tamsulosin sustained-release capsules and general treatment;The treatment course of both groups was4 weeks(i.e.the second postoperative week to the 6th postoperative week),during which regular follow-up was carried out to record in detail the results of stone fall,TCM syndrome points,urine routine and other related results,and observe clinical symptoms.During the medication,if the test subjects experienced any adverse reactions,contact the investigator immediately.The investigators decided whether to terminate the test according to the safety evaluation principle and recorded adverse reactions.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to perform integrated statistical analysis of collected cases.Outcome1.Before treatment,the clinical data(age,sex,maximum stone length,liver and kidney function,TCM symptom score)of the two groups were analyzed and compared,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the experimental group can significantly accelerate the discharge of postoperative residual stones,and the clinical efficacy is better than that of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate is significantly higher than that of the control group,and there is a statistical difference between them(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the overall efficacy of TCM symptoms: among them,34 cases were finally counted in the experimental group,with a total of 29 cases of effectiveness and 5cases of invalidity,with a total effective rate of 85.2%.The control group finally counted35 cases,with a total of 26 effective cases and 9 invalid cases,with a total effective rate of74.2%.The overall score of medical symptoms in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe flavoring of tongcao drink has a promoting effect on the excretion of residual stones after PCNL surgery for kidney stones with scorched humid fever,and no obvious adverse reactions have been found.Therefore,the clinical effect of PCNL residual stones after PCNL in the treatment of kidney stones with scorched humid fever with flavored herb drink is remarkable,and it is convenient to take,low price and high safety,and it is recommended to promote clinical use.
