| Objective: To explore the clinical effectiveness,superiority and possible mechanism of the method of clearing the liver and strengthening the spleen in treating infantile diarrhea with the syndrome of liver-qi multiplying the spleen,to provide a new therapeutic thinking direction for clinical research of infantile diarrhea with the syndrome of liver-qi multiplying the spleen.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,72 diarrhea children with non infectious liver qi spleen syndrome were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and an experimental group with 36 cases each using a random number table method.The control group received oral bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple live bacterial tablets twice a day,0.5g each time,and was observed and evaluated after treatment every day.Six days were considered as one course of treatment;The treatment group received a combination of pediatric massage techniques for clearing the liver and strengthening the spleen on the basis of the control group,with a duration of 25 minutes,once a day;After daily treatment,observe and evaluate the symptoms of liver qi multiplying spleen syndrome(main and secondary symptoms),fecal routine,and Bristol stool characteristics.Before treatment,first compare the gender,age,course of disease,total score of liver qi spleen syndrome,and severity of the two groups of patients to ensure that the baseline of the two groups of patients is consistent.After the treatment is completed,the total effective rate after treatment is calculated according to the efficacy evaluation criteria.The total symptom score of liver qi multiplying spleen syndrome in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment is observed and evaluated.The frequency of treatment and the1-month follow-up results after treatment are observed.SPSS 26.0 analysis software is used to compare the differences in scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the comprehensive efficacy and safety are ultimately evaluated and analyzed.Results((Compare from each symptom)):In this study,72 children with non-infectious diarrhea of liver-qi multiplying spleen syndrome were included,2 cases were lost in the control group,1 case was lost in the treatment group,and 69 cases were actually completed.1.Baseline comparison: There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,total score of liver qi spleen syndrome,and severity of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Therefore,the two groups were comparable.2.The total effective rate after treatment was 82.35% in the control group and 94.29%in the treatment group.The total effective rate in the control group was lower than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group’s effect of Qinggan Jianpi method combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets was better than that of the control group’s treatment scheme of pure application of bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets,which confirmed that Qinggan Jianpi method was used to treat diarrhea in children with liver-qi and spleen syndrome,It has good curative effect.3.The integral of liver-qi multiplied by spleen syndrome: intra-group comparison: the integral of liver-qi multiplied by spleen syndrome in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: After treatment,the score of liver qi plus spleen syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Through statistical analysis,it was found that the method of clearing the liver and strengthening the spleen had the best effect in improving the frequency of defecation,the character of defecation,the sense of urgency of defecation,fatigue and fatigue(P<0.03),which showed that the method of clearing the liver and strengthening the spleen could quickly stop diarrhea,and regulate its function of clearing up and lowering turbidity by strengthening the spleen and stomach;The spleen and stomach are the acquired source.The spleen and stomach function is normal,and the nutrient essence can be absorbed and utilized,which can enable the children to quickly recover their physical strength and strengthen their own resistance.4.Comparison of treatment frequency of patients: The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time of the treatment group with the method of clearing the liver and strengthening the spleen combined with the bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets was significantly shorter than that of the control group with the method of simply using the bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets,indicating that the method of clearing the liver and strengthening the spleen can shorten the course of disease of children.5.Analysis of follow-up results one month after treatment: the total recurrence rate of the treatment group was 11.76%;The total recurrence rate in the control group was 50%.The recurrence rate of infantile diarrhea in the treatment group is far lower than that in the control group.The method of Qinggan Jianpi massage can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of infantile diarrhea.Conclusion:1.The combination of Qinggan Jianpi Massage and Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Tablets in the treatment diarrhea in children with liver-qi multiplying spleen syndrome can better improve the integral of liver-qi multiplying spleen syndrome.2.The combination of Qinggan Jianpi Massage and Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Tablets in the treatment diarrhea in children with liver-qi multiplying spleen syndrome can shorten the course of disease of children,and improve the cure rate of diarrhea in children.3.The combination of Qinggan Jianpi Massage and Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Tablets in the treatment diarrhea in children with liver-qi multiplying spleen syndrome can Reduce the recurrence rate of infantile diarrhea,proves the effectiveness and superiority of Qinggan Jianpi manipulation in the treatment of diarrhea in children with liver-qi multiplying spleen syndrome. |
