Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis With Liver And Kidney Deficiency By Tonifying Liver And Kidney And Dredging Meridians

ObjectiveBy observing the clinical efficacy of tonifying liver and kidney and dredging meridians acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with deficiency of liver and kidney,this topic objectively evaluates the effectiveness and safety of tonifying liver and kidney and dredging meridians,and provides a new acupuncture means and diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of LSS with deficiency of liver and kidney.MethodIn this study,72 patients with liver and kidney deficiency type LSS who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 36 cases each.The experimental group was treated with the method of tonifying liver and kidney and dredging meridians,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Before treatment and after 2 courses of treatment,VAS score and JOA scale score were used as observation indexes for statistical analysis.Result(1)Two groups of patients with gender,age,course and VAS score and the JOA score before treatment had no statistical difference(P 0.05),comparable.(2)The VAS score comparison: VAS score in both groups after treatment than before treatment were lower(P 0.01),more than the control group and test group decline,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).(3)The JOA score comparison: two groups after treatment in patients with JOA scale of self-conscious symptom scores,clinical examination,the functional integral and total integral were higher than before treatment(P 0.01),and rose more in experimental group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).(4)The curative effect comparison: after treatment,treatment group total effectiveness 93.8%,compared to the control group total effective rate 78.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion(1)Both tonifying liver and kidney and dredging meridians and conventional acupuncture have clinical effects on the treatment of LSS with deficiency of liver and kidney;(2)The effect of tonifying liver and kidney and dredging meridians method in VAS score and JOA score was better than that of conventional acupuncture group,and it was safe and effective,worthy of clinical promotion.
