| Objective: By observing the curative effect of Time-acupoints-space Acupuncture Feiteng Eight Methods on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type, and comparing it with conventional acupuncture, this topic comprehensively evaluates and discusses whether Time-acupoints-space Acupuncture Feiteng Eight Methods has advantages over conventional acupuncture in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,so as to provide a new idea for acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and enrich the clinical treatment methods of this disease. At the same time,it inherits and carries forward the Time-acupoints-space Acupuncture Feiteng Eight Methods created by Professor Zhu Miansheng. Methods: The patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each with 36 cases. The treatment group was treated with Time-acupoints-space Acupuncture Feiteng Eight Methods, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups started treatment 7 days before menstruation, once a day, until menstruation stopped. One menstrual cycle is a course of treatment, with a total of 3 cycles. Then they were followed up for 3 cycles, and the follow-up effects were evaluated before treatment, after the end of each menstrual cycle, and 3 months after the end of the course.Take dysmenorrhea symptom scale(CMSS),visual analogue scale(VAS)and TCM syndrome scale as the main observation and efficacy evaluation indicators, and finally evaluate the efficacy and analyze the statistical data.Result: There were 72 patients in this study. After 3 courses of treatment,7 patients fell off and were excluded. The final treatment group was 33 patients, and the control group was 32 patients.A total of 65 patients completed the treatment.(1)Statistical analysis showed that the two groups were comparable(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of age and course of disease; There was no significant difference in VAS score,CMSS score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)After treatment, the scores of CMSS,VAS and TCM syndromes in the group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were effective;Comparison between groups: CMSS score,VAS score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group decreased more than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)After three courses of treatment,33 patients in the treatment group completed the treatment, including 9 cured,11 markedly effective,10 effective, and 3 ineffective. The markedly effective rate was 60.6%,and the total effective rate was 90.9%;A total of 33 patients in the control group completed the treatment, including 4 cured,6 markedly effective,17 effective, and 5 ineffective. The marked healing rate was 31.3%,and the total effective rate was 84.4%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the marked healing rate.Conclusion:1.Both Time-acupoints-space Acupuncture Feiteng Eight Methods and conventional acupuncture can reduce the CMSS score,VAS score and TCM syndrome score when used to treat primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type, both of which are effective.2.The clinical effect of Time-acupoints-space Acupuncture Feiteng Eight Methods on primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type is more significant than that of conventional acupuncture. |
