Clinical Study Of Acupuncture By ShengyangTongduTiaoshen Combined With Electroacupuncture In Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment

Objective:To compare the curative effect of acupuncture by Shengyang Tongdu Tiaoshen combined with electroacupuncture with conventional acupuncture for the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment,and to provide better acupuncture treatment for the post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of 80 subjects were recruited from the rehabilitation Department of Yan ’an Hospital in Kunming City and the outpatient and inpatient department of Acupuncture and encephalopathy Department of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022.Eighty subjects were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture by "Shengyang Tongdu Tiaoshen" combined with electroacupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment,each course is 5 times.The score changes of stroke patients’ MMSE Scale,Mo CA Scale and TCM Symptom Score Scale before and after treatment were evaluated.SPSS25.0 was used for data analysis.Results:1.Baseline comparisonThere were no significant differences in age,gender,educational level,MMSE scale score,Mo CA scale score and stroke TCM symptom score between the two groups(P >0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of therapeutic effect observation indexAfter treatment,MMSE scale score and Mo CA scale score of subjects in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment,and stroke TCM symptom score scale score was decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scale score of the experimental group increased or decreased more significantly than that of the control group.3.Clinical efficiency comparisonAfter treatment,the total efficiency of MMSE scale score of subjects in the two groups was 82.05% in the experimental group and 76.92% in the control group,and the total efficiency of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture by "Shengyang Tongdu Tiaoshen" combined with electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture therapy can better improve the cognitive function of patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke,and acupuncture by "Shengyang Tongdu Tiaoshen" combined with electroacupuncture has better curative effect,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
