Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Body Acupuncture In The Treatment To Knee Osteoarthritis Of Blood Stasis Type

Objective:In this study,abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture was used to treat blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis,And set up a control group(using conventional acupuncture treatment).The efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared to provide a more novel and effective treatment for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:The 72 patients included were divided into 2 groups by random number table method.Among them,36 patients in the treatment group were treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture,and 36 patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated once every other day,30 minutes each time,10 times as a course of treatment,no rest during the course of treatment,a total of 2courses of treatment.Observe and record the data changes of VAS pain score and WOMAC knee osteoarthritis scale before and after treatment.The collected data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 27.0 to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:1.General data analysis :Before treatment,the baseline data of gender,age,course of disease,X-ray classification,VAS score and WOMAC scale score of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Clinical scale analysis :(1)VAS score results :After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001),indicating that both groups could significantly reduce the pain of patients.Comparison between the two groups,P = 0.027(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;it shows that abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is superior to conventional body acupuncture in reducing pain in patients.(2)WOMAC score results :After the treatment,the WOMAC score scale in pain,stiffness,functional activities and other items in the group comparison : the scores were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001),indicating that the two groups of treatment in reducing pain,relieve stiffness symptoms,improve activities have obvious curative effect;comparison between groups : the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in these aspects.3.Overall efficacy analysisAfter treatment,the total effective rate of the abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group was 94.1 %,and the conventional body acupuncture group was84.8 %;comparison of the efficacy of the two groups,P = 0.014(P < 0.05),The difference was statistically significant,indicating that abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and conventional acupuncture have exact curative effect,but the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group is better than that of conventional acupuncture.Conclusion:1.Abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively reduce the VAS score and WOMAC score of KOA patients with blood stasis type,and both treatment methods have definite curative effect.2.Abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in reducing knee pain,relieving stiffness symptoms and improving daily functional activities.
