ObjectiveBy observing the clinical efficacy of osteopathy and soft tissue release in the treatment of postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation, and comparing with the clinical efficacy of conventional massage in the treatment of postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation, this topic compares the differences before and after treatment within the two groups and between the two groups, studies the therapeutic basis of osteopathy and soft tissue release in the treatment of this disease, and makes a preliminary discussion on its mechanism of action. In order to provide a safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation.MethodsIn this study, outpatient patients of the massage department of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and outpatient patients of the acupuncture and massage department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as test subjects, and 72 cases were completed.72 patients with postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation who met the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion were divided into the osteopathy and soft tissue release group and the conventional massage group with 36 cases in each group by using the random number table method.Patients in both groups were treated once a day for 5 days as a course of treatment for two consecutive courses of treatment. The differences before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The clinical efficacy between the experimental group and the control group was analyzed as a whole.Results(1)General data: There were no statistical differences in age, disease course, sacroiliac joint dislocation classification, delivery mode and birth number between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.(2)VAS score and M-JOA score: There were no significant differences in VAS score and M-JOA score between experimental group and control group before treatment(P >0.05),indicating comparability.VAS scores and M-JOA scores of experimental group and control group before and after treatment were compared within the group, and there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).VAS score and M-JOA score of experimental group and control group after treatment were compared between groups, and there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).The scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved compared with before treatment, but the changes of the scores of each scale after treatment by osteopathy and soft tissue release group were significantly better than those of the conventional massage group.(3)Clinical efficacy: After statistical analysis, there was statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of subjects(P<0.05),and the overall effective rate of the conventional massage group was 83.3%,and the overall effective rate of the osteopathy and soft tissue release group was 97.2%.The total effective rate of the osteopathy and soft tissue release group was significantly higher than that of the conventional massage group.(4)6 months follow-up: 6 months after treatment, telephone follow-up was conducted to investigate the recurrence of subjects in both groups. The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 8.33% and that of the control group was 33.33%.The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of osteopathy and soft tissue release group was lower than that of the conventional massage group.Conclusions(1)Both groups had certain curative effect, loosening tendons and osteopathy and conventional massage on postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation Treatment is effective in all cases.(2)Scores before and after VAS treatment of loosening tendons and osteopathy and conventional massage, both of them could improve the degree of pain around the sacroiliac joint of patients, but loosening tendons and osteopathy was significantly better than conventional massage.(3)Score of osteopathy and soft tissue release and conventional massage before and after M-JOA treatment, both osteopathy and soft tissue release and conventional massage could improve the degree of sacroiliac joint disorder in patients, but osteopathy and soft tissue release was significantly better than conventional massage.(4)In the treatment of postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation, the total effective rate, recovery rate and recurrence rate of osteopathy and soft tissue release were superior to conventional massage manipulation, indicating that osteopathy and soft tissue release has certain value and can be promoted in clinical application.
