A Study On The Mobilization Ability Of The CPC For The Prevention And Control Of COVID-19

Mobilization ability is not only an important part of the ruling ability of the CPC,but also an important embodiment of the CPC’s leadership level.During the century long struggle,the CPC is good at mobilizing the masses,organizing the masses,relying on the masses to carry out revolution,construction and reform,promoting the wheels of history to roll forward.At the end of 2019,the COVID-19 was raging,the Communist Party of China insisted on taking the people as the center and fully mobilized the people to prevent and control the epidemic.From the coast to the inland,from the young to the young,the Chinese people thought and worked hard to one place,and launched a spectacular fight against COVID-19.The Chinese response to the epidemic strongly reflects the incomparable mobilization ability of the CPC.The trend of the times is great.In the face of the turbulent international environment and the arduous task of domestic reform,development and stability,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is comprehensively promoted with Chinese path to modernization.It is not only necessary to improve the CPC’s governing ability and leadership level,but also to enhance the effectiveness of national governance.The COVID-19 is a big test to test the Party’s ability to govern,verify China’s institutional advantages,and evaluate the effectiveness of national governance.Carefully sorting out,summarizing and elaborating the motivation,concrete embodiment,effectiveness and enlightenment of the CPC’s COVID-19 prevention and control mobilization,and systematically grasping the CPC’s strong epidemic prevention and control mobilization capability have important practical and far-reaching historical significance for improving the CPC’s governing ability and leadership level,enhancing governance efficiency,and coping with various complex situations and risk challenges calmly.This paper takes the CPC’s mobilization capacity for COVID-19 prevention and control as the research object.It takes the Marxist view of the masses,Marxist classical writers’ important exposition on mobilization ability and important exposition of the main leaders of the CPC on the Party’s mobilization ability as the theoretical basis.Starting from the outbreak process and characteristics of the COVID-19,this paper makes a historical review of the process of the CPC in the prevention and control of the epidemic,and outlines the motivation of the CPC in the mobilization of epidemic prevention and control.Based on the concrete embodiment of the three dimensions of propaganda mobilization,organizational mobilization and security mobilization,this paper analyzes and discusses the outstanding epidemic prevention and control mobilization ability of the CPC.On the basis of summarizing the effectiveness of the epidemic prevention and control mobilization of the CPC,we deeply summarize the important enlightenment of the epidemic prevention and control mobilization one by one from the five aspects of the Party’s leadership,institutional advantages,comprehensive national strength,cultural self-confidence,and the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,with a view to providing a reasonable reference for dealing with risk challenges,solving difficult problems,and overcoming difficulties and obstacles in the future.
