Yu Shufen’s Ideas On Plague Prevention And Control Practice Research

Although Yu Shufen was the first person to be remembered by the tree stone in the history of Chinese military medicine and modern epidemic prevention,and was called "the first scientist to sacrifice in the front line of epidemic prevention",he has not yet attracted the attention of the academic community.Combining Yu Shu Fen life medical experience and modern plague pandemic,"western medicine east" era background,research Yu Shu Fen plague control ideas and its 1917-1918 plague,1920-1921 northeast secondary plague and other major epidemic prevention and control of the concrete practice,on the basis of the outline of late qing early bacteriology and the development of public health,Yu Shu Fen in health and epidemic prevention and its 1921 died plague prevention line and related historical facts,can see the scientific process of modern Chinese plague prevention and control and behind the hard development.In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,political turmoil and frequent disasters caused plague to be rampant in modern China.This article believes that Yu Shufen’s commitment to the prevention and control of plague is the objective need of the severe epidemic situation;on the other hand,it is related to the historical context of modern western medicine on infectious diseases and the historical context of "western medicine" and "medical salvation" of young students,which is the historical background of Yu Shufen’s modern epidemic prevention enlightenment.After the Suiyuan plague from 1917 to 1918,Yu Shufen’s thought of plague prevention and control became mature and was practiced in the second plague prevention and control in Northeast China from 1920 to 1921.Whether it was the scientific research on epidemic prevention medicine,or various infectious diseases in the early stage,and the two plague prevention and control in the early Republic of China,Yu Shufen went to the front line with rigorous academic philosophy and persistent working attitude,made detailed plans,and still remembered the epidemic prevention until his death.His "die for the people" won the endless admiration;the painstaking,the spirit of scientists all moved today.Yu Shufen is not only a well-trained medical officer,but also an epidemic prevention scientist who attaches great importance to clinical trials.Medical workers,represented by him,went to the front line and combined extensive epidemic prevention campaigns with medical research.His idea of plague prevention and control and its practice in the major plague epidemic in the early Republic of China promoted the scientific and precise process of epidemic prevention and control in modern China.He not only embodies the influence of scientific and medical concepts on plague prevention and control,but also demonstrates the responsibility and responsibility of Chinese doctors to help the world and the people.
