| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with electromagnetic waves in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in stages 3-4(spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome),evaluate the efficacy and safety of this method, and provide a new treatment method for chronic kidney disease, thereby expanding the treatment thinking of chronic kidney disease.Method: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,100 outpatient patients with chronic kidney disease in stages 3-4(spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome)were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 50 patients in each group; The control group received symptomatic treatment with Western medicine and oral administration of Niaoduqing granules. The treatment group also received treatment with traditional Chinese medicine combined with electromagnetic waves on the basis of the control group. Both groups had a treatment course of 30 days.Record the changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),urea nitrogen(BUN),and urinary protein before and after the two groups of experiments. After the experiment, statistical software(SPSS22.0)was used to conduct statistical analysis on the data obtained from the experiment.Result: During the experimental process,a total of 16 cases were shed, and data from84 patients were collected and analyzed:(1)The comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and total scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).Prove that both groups can improve patients’ clinical symptoms, and the treatment group is superior to the control group.(2)Comparison of laboratory indicators showed statistical significance(P<0.05)in terms of Scr and GFR,indicating that both groups could reduce Scr and increase GFR to varying degrees, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. There was no significant difference in urea nitrogen and urine protein between the two groups after treatment, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of the efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,while the effective rate of the control group was 57.14%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy evaluation, the effective rate of the treatment group was 76.19%,while the effective rate of the control group was 57.14%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)There were no adverse reactions during the treatment process in both groups,so the comparison of safety indicators between the two groups was not statistically significantConclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with electromagnetic waves can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic kidney disease in stages3-4(spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome),reduce Scr,and increase GFR.Compared to symptomatic treatment with Western medicine and basic treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, this treatment plan has a clearer therapeutic effect,no adverse reactions during the treatment process, and good efficacy and safety. Therefore,it can be promoted and applied in clinical practice. |
