Study On Mechanism Of Excavation And Collation Of Prescription Containing Bupleurum In Ancient Chinese Medicine Literature Of Depression Disease

Objective:To search and collate ancient Chinese medicine literatures containing bupleurum prescription in the treatment of depression,and to systematically collate and analyze the prescriptions by using data mining methods such as frequency statistics and association analysis,so as to clarify the disease and syndrome characteristics and main compatibility methods of the prescriptions containing bupleurum prescription in the treatment of depression and related diseases.Methods:From the fifth edition of the Chinese medical atlas,included 1156 old Chinese medical books,extensive collection of ancient medical classics in the treatment of depression and related diseases with bupleurum prescription.The data were retrieved,collected,identified,sorted out and analyzed,and then the data were statisticall analyzed through the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records,including frequency statistics,association rule analysis and complex network analysis,etc.,to sort out and analyze the characteristics and main compatibility methods of the main treatment syndrome of depression and related diseases treated with chaihu prescription in ancient books and literatures.To provide theoretical basis for clinical treatmentof depression and related diseases.Results: Data analysis was carried out on 505 first prescriptions containing bupleurum prescription to treat depression collected,and the results were obtained:The disease is mainly caused by excess syndrome,mainly by heat,followed by wind,poison,qi stagnation,and so on.Disease location more heart,liver,spleen,among whichheart and liver disease is more common.The main symptoms were irritability,upset,poor appetite,mental depression and headache.A total of 262 herbs were used.Excep-tbupleurum bupleurum,the top 15 drugs with the highest frequency(frequency≧ 85 times)were: glycyrrhiza,Scutellaria scutellaria,ginseng,white peony,poria,ophiopogonis sinensis,turtle shell,rhubarb,rhizoma cicada,cohosh,angelica sinensis,rhinoceros horn,ground bone peel,plaster and Fructus aurantii.The four qi drugs were mainly cold;The five tastes of medicine were mainly bitter,sweet and hot.In addition to regulating qi drugs,heat-clearing drugs were mainly used,supplemented by deficiency drugs.The main drug channels were lung,spleen and stomach,liver and heart channels.The commonly used drug combinations obtained by association rules were:Ginseng-Poria cocos,Scutellaria-White peony root,Ophiopogon japonicus-Ginseng,White peony root-Ginseng,Radix paeoniae radix ginseng,etc.The top15 drugs with high frequency were classified into 4 categories by cluster analysis,which were bupleurum-licorice,Scutellaria-White peony root,Ophiopogon japonicus-Ginseng-Poria cocos,Rhinoceros horn-cohosh-gypsum,Rhubarb-Angelica sinensis,Turtle shell-rhizoma anemarrhenae-geoderm.Based on the analysis of the drug-drug complex network of 505 prescriptions containing bupleurum for treating depression,the core Chinese medicine was composed of the following 10 ingredients:bupleurum,glycyrrhiza,Radix baicalensis,turtle shell,paeony,poria,ginseng,rhubarb.Radix puerariae,Radix ophiopogon.Conclusion: Although the doctors of various generations have unique views on the pathogenesis of depression disease,there are traces of medication rules to follow.While regulating qi throughout the treatment,they pay attention to clearing heat and supplementing deficiency,and make good use of medication to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
