A Case Study On The Financial Application Of Electronic Financial Bills In Hospital A

From the beginning of China’s economy into the information period,with the "Internet + medical" business gradually deepening,the new era of health care system is also constantly making in-depth changes,while hospital bills also need to shift to information technology.The reform of electronic financial bills mainly reflects the "people-oriented" service purpose,which not only allows more patients to reduce the waiting time,but also can further strengthen the supervision and internal control of hospitals,providing a good reference basis for the supervision and management of relevant departments.In this paper,the research on the impact of electronic ticketing on financial applications in various industries is organized against the background of electronic ticketing,which lays the foundation for the later theoretical analysis and case hospital analysis.The article mainly adopts literature review method,case study method and comparative analysis method,mainly on the changes of billing process,post and staffing,budget variance rate,number of window visits and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of financial e-bill in hospital A.The article analyzes the impact brought by the electronicization of bills on the financial application of the hospital,and finds that it brings several aspects to the billing business process,post setting,function allocation,cost and expense,and patient feeling We found that it has brought positive impact on the charging business process,post setting,function allocation,cost and patient feeling.At the same time,there are also some problems,mainly the risk of system collapse,post not playing manpower,the risk of invoicing failure,the risk of set of tickets,increased printing costs,and special patients not adapting to the problem.Therefore,the electronic reform of fiscal bills can be improved by establishing a risk prevention system for quantitative management,optimizing the content of posts internally,improving the bill management system,strengthening the internal control management of hospital refunds,strengthening the incentive and restraint mechanism of hospital financial management,and implementing the policy with the help of external forces,and building a perfect supervision mechanism for network reimbursement.This paper hopes that this study can improve the financial application of fiscal e-bills in hospitals and also has implications for other hospitals in the medical industry to carry out fiscal e-bills.
