Summary Of Professor Tian Lin’s Experience In Treating Chronic Cough And Study On Prescription Rules

Objective: Through the collection and sorting of the outpatient cases of Professor Tian Lin’s treatment of chronic cough and the data mining through the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records,this topic analyzes the prescription medication rules of the tutor’s treatment of chronic cough,summarizes the clinical medication experience of the tutor,and further expands the diagnosis and treatment ideas of chronic cough on the basis of summarizing predecessors,so as to better guide the clinical treatment.Methods: The data mining of 220 cases were conducted by using the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.2.1)software.Statistical analysis was carried out on the frequency of patients’ gender and age,inducing factors and TCM flavor channel reduction,focusing on high-frequency drugs,association analysis,complex network analysis and prescription cluster analysis,and Professor Tian Lin’s experience in treating chronic cough and core drug combination were summarized.Results:(1)Age of onset: The main age of onset was between 40 and 60 years old.(2)Gender: the ratio of male to female was 1:1.2,and the proportion of female patients was higher than that of males.(3)Re-inducing factors: exogenous sensation was the main inducement.(4)Syndrome types: The collected 220 cases were statistically analyzed,and there were 10 syndrome types involved.The top three were syndrome of phlegm turbidity blocking lung,syndrome of wind evil suppressing lung,and syndrome of phlegm-heat suppressing lung.(5)High-frequency drugs: After drug pretreatment,the frequency statistics of 112 TCM involved in 220 medical cases were carried out,and the total number of TCM was 3960 times,with an average of 18 TCM prescriptions per medical case(4116/220).The frequency above 60% included ephedra,licorice,almond,coltwinteria,Baiqiania,Dipterus and aster.(6)Sex and taste normalization: warm drugs accounted for the largest proportion;The medicine taste is mainly bitter,sinuous medicine,sweet medicine is auxiliary;The normalization channel focuses on the lung channel,spleen channel and stomach channel.(7)Complex network analysis: The core formula was composed of Sanao Decoction plus or minus,and the drug components were ephedra,almond,licorice,Baiqian,Qianhu,Aster,coltsfoot,Dilong,Baipu,Parsnips and Baizhu.Conclusion: Combined with clinical practice,the results of Professor Tian Lin’s treatment of chronic cough are discussed as follows:1.Key pathogenesis: The external inducement of wind evil and the obstruction of phlegm is the internal condition.Professor Tian Lin’s believes that the "wind" and "phlegm" are the key pathogenesis of chronic cough.The treatment is based on "expelling wind and promoting lung","relieving cough and reducing phlegm",and pays attention to tonifying spleen and stomach.2.Warm medicine: The tutor attaches importance to the use of warm medicine in the treatment of chronic cough.Warm medicine can assist the operation of qi,so that the function of lung qi can be clarified.3.Bitter,xin treatment of lung,bitter to reduce qi,xin to xuan lung,a xuan down,help Qi patency;Sweet to replenish the spleen,bitter to dry dampness,and sweet and bitter,spleen dry dampness,training to replenish coke.Medication pay attention to relieving surface drugs and reinforcing deficiency drugs,external and internal treatment,fuzheng Guben.
