Basedon Data Mining,professor Liu Tiejunused Huangqi Prescriptionto Treat Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Through the data mining method,the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5)is used to summarize the theoretical research of Professor Liu Tiejun’s use of Astragalus prescriptions in the treatment of related diseases,in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of Astragalus prescriptions in the treatment of related diseases,and enrich the academic level and clinical application of Astragalus in the treatment of Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods: 1 Source : Professor Liu Tiejun from October 2020 to September 2022 in Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Guoyitang use Huangqi diagnosis and treatment of patients,the clinical diagnosis and treatment information photographs retained or Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Computer Center transfer.This selection excavation prescription is Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Guipi Decoction,Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Shengxian Decoction.The prescription with Astragalus as the main drug is the main prescription,or at least retains the monarch drug Astragalus in the prescription;there is a complete record of initial diagnosis,including chief complaint,syndrome,four diagnostic methods,diagnosis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,treatment methods,prescriptions,and meets the diagnostic criteria of qi deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.2 Data collection and processing : This study selected cases of Astragalus name,symptoms,signs,tongue and pulse,drug name and other information standardization,recorded in the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine heritage,such as wuzeigu,duanwalengzi unified record for walengzi.The quality of the input data is strictly controlled and strictly controlled by a special person.Other people may not modify it without authorization to ensure the comprehensiveness,accuracy and authenticity of the required database items.3 Statistical methods : According to the purpose of the study,respectively,using frequency analysis,cluster analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical methods.Results: Data mining statistics were performed on 294 medical cases.The statistical results are as follows :There were 81 cases of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,59 cases of Guipi Decoction,56 cases of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,56 cases of Yupingfeng Powder,and 42 cases of Shengxian Decoction.According to the frequency analysis and golden section method,the indications,main symptoms and main drugs of the tutor ’s use of Astragalus prescriptions can be obtained.Through drug cluster analysis,the tutor ’s commonly used combined prescriptions are obtained to summarize the tutor ’s clinical use of such prescriptions in the process of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Medication ideas,prescription characteristics,syndrome differentiation rules,etc.,enrich the theory and clinical application of the tutor ’s Astragalus prescriptions,and expand the scope of Astragalus prescriptions in the treatment of related diseases.1 Buzhong Yiqi Decoction : The tutor mainly uses Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to treat 7types of diseases such as digestive system diseases,infectious diseases,and tumor diseases.Specific diseases such as chronic hepatitis B,cirrhosis,chronic non-atrophic gastritis,chronic constipation,etc.The main syndrome type is spleen and stomach qi deficiency.The main symptoms are fatigue,shortness of breath,anorexia,cold hands and feet,abdominal distension,fever,aversion to wind,aversion to cold,etc.The main drugs : Astragalus,Codonopsis,Atractylodes,roasted licorice,Bupleurum,Cimicifuga,Angelica,Chenpi,Rhubarb,Rehmannia,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Jujube,secondary drugs : Paeoniae Radix Alba,Ginger,Chuanxiong,Poria,Aurantii Fructus,Peach Kernel,Ophiopogon japonicus,safflower.Commonly used prescriptions : Guizhi Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Zhigancao Decoction,Zengye Decoction.2 Guipi Decoction : The tutor mainly uses Guipi Decoction to treat 9 kinds of diseases such as digestive system diseases,nervous system diseases,circulatory system diseases,etc.,specifically peptic ulcer,chronic non-atrophic gastritis,insomnia,etc.The main syndrome for qi and blood deficiency,the main symptoms are fatigue,dizziness,hematochezia,insomnia,dreaminess,bloating,stomachache,shortness of breath,chills,sallow complexion,poor mood,hypochondriac pain,the main drugs : Codonopsis,Astragalus,Radix Aucklandiae,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Angelica,Glycyrrhiza,Poria,ginger,Polygala,longan,Atractylodes,Jujube,Radix Paeoniae Alba,secondary drugs : Guizhi,Chaihu,Oyster,Shengma,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Schizonepetae Spica Charcoal,Colla Corii Asini,Citrus aurantium,Sophora japonica,Nardostachys,Dragon Bone,Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,commonly used combination : Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Huaihua San,Siwu Decoction.3 Danggui Liuhuang Decoction : The tutor uses Danggui Liuhuang Decoction to treat gynecological diseases,infectious diseases,digestive system diseases and other six diseases.The specific diseases are perimenopausal syndrome,chronic hepatitis B,etc.The main syndrome type is yin deficiency and fire excess.The main symptoms : night sweats,dry mouth,irritability,hand and foot heart heat,yellow urine,fever,fatigue,aversion to wind,spontaneous sweating,thirst,shortness of breath,dry stool.The main drugs : Scutellaria baicalensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Phellodendron amurense,Coptis chinensis,oyster,floating wheat,secondary drugs :Ephedra root,gypsum,trichosanthin,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,rhubarb,Pinellia ternata,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Codonopsis pilosula,Dendrobium officinale,bamboo leaves.Commonly used prescription : oyster powder,Yupingfeng powder,bamboo leaf gypsum soup,soup and so on.4 Yu Ping Feng San : mentor Yu Ping Feng San main treatment of digestive system,respiratory system,infectious diseases,such as 6 kinds of diseases,such as chronic hepatitis B,chronic non-atrophic gastritis,upper respiratory tract infection,etc.,the main syndrome for the watch is not solid,the main symptoms : bad wind,spontaneous perspiration,fatigue,shortness of breath,cough,pale complexion,muscle soreness,itchy skin,nasal congestion,chills,night sweats,chest tightness,the main drugs : Sinensis Radix,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix,Shenqu,Paeoniae Radix Alba,secondary drugs : Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Poria,Hawthorn,Radix Aucklandiae,Pinelliae Rhizoma,commonly used combination : Baohe Pill,Zhishi Xiaopi Pill,Zhenren Yangzang Decoction,Shenling Baizhu Powder,Xiaochaihu Decoction,etc.Conclusion: The characteristics of the tutor’s use of Huangqi prescriptions can be summarized as follows : 1.Treatment based on meridian differentiation and treatment,and pray for ancient instructions;2.Differentiation of symptoms-drug syndrome-prescription thinking mode;3.Supplement and elimination,both specimens;4.Exciting yang qi,to make up for the rise.4 aspects.
