| Objective:(1)To observe the efficacy and safety of "Yi Guan" in the treatment of asthma in remission,and compare and analyze the difference between“Yi Guan” and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations;To provide reference for clinical treatment of asthma in remission stage.(2)Summarize the best scheme of the operation method of "Yi Guan",make the "Yi Guan" therapy become a standard and effective treatment method,and provide a case for the clinical treatment of Lung healing with external treatment of traditional medicine.Method:A total of 62 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for asthma in remission stage was recruited from the outpatient and treatment areas of the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion,the outpatient and treatment areas of lung diseases,and the surrounding Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.With the consent of the patient himself,he/she participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the case,he/she was randomly divided into the test group(“Yi Guan” group)and the control group(“Guben Kechuan Pian” group),with 31 cases in each group.Finally,60 patients were included.During the treatment,a total of 2 patients withdrew from the trial and 1 patient joined the trial group.Therefore,32 patients were included in the trial group and 28 patients were included in the control group.In the test group,the "Yi Guan" was carried out at the sternal handle and the bilateral costal space,and then the back was adsorbed to carry out the cupping movement.The treatment of "Yi Guan" is 5 days a week,with 2 days off and 3 months as a course of treatment;In the control group,traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations(“Guben Kechuan Pian” group)was taken orally 3 tablets each time,once a day,and3 months as a course of treatment.The patients’ cases were recorded during the treatment,and the asthma control test(ACT)evaluation,lung function evaluation,symptom scale score,curative effect judgment and compliance evaluation were performed before and after 3 months of treatment.Result:After 3 months of treatment: the lung function of the control group was 0.5189± 0.08270,the ACT score was 17.5357 ± 1.83550,and the score of the TCM symptom scale was 10.2500 ± 2.04803;The lung function of the test group was0.5713 ± 0.11213,the ACT score was 18.7500 ± 2.22884,and the score of the scale of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was 9.3438 ± 1.09572.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Total effective rate after treatment: there were 28 patients in the control group,of which 3 were significantly effective,accounting for 10.71%;21 patients were effective,accounting for 75%;There were 4 invalid patients,accounting for14.29%,and the total effective rate was 86%.There were 32 patients in the test group,of which 11 were significantly effective,accounting for 34.38%;19 patients were effective,accounting for 59.38%;There were 2 invalid patients,accounting for 6.25%;The total effective rate was 94%.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Yi Guan” therapy can expand the stimulation range of meridians and acupoints,open the "Xuanfu" and "Luomai",enhance the movement range of respiratory muscles,improve lung ventilation,and improve lung function,so that the clinical symptoms of chest tightness,shortness of breath,cough and phlegm of patients are significantly reduced,and the efficacy is higher than that of the control group.At the same time,patients in remission stage of asthma treated with "Yi Guan" are generally subject to high compliance,safe and simple,especially in improving clinical symptoms and reducing recurrence,which provides practical therapeutic basis for "Yi Guan" in remission stage of asthma. |
