| 【Objective】To detect the abortion tissue samples of patients with missed abortion(MA)in western Yunnan plateau region by using the copy number variation sequencing(CNV-seq)technology,and compared with those in the plain region,so as to clarify the abnormal situation and influencing factors of MA chromosome in western Yunnan plateau region,and provide valuable clinical guidance for MA patients in western Yunnan plateau region.【Methods】A total of 184 patients who were diagnosed with MA and required chromosomal testing of abortion tissue from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic and Inpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from December 2019 to December 2022 were collected,aged 18-45 years(average age 29.96 ± 4.85 years).Improve preoperative examination,perform painless electric suction abortion or drug abortion+curettage after no obvious surgical contraindications,collect tissue samples of patients’ miscarriage,and perform chromosomal testing using CNV-seq technology.Compare the chromosomal results of MA patients’ miscarriage tissue in plain areas(Nanning City),and compare chromosomal abnormalities among different ethnic groups,ages,natural abortion times,and pregnancy methods in the western Yunnan Plateau region,Conduct statistical analysis.【result】(1)Among 184 cases of MA patients with miscarriage,93 cases(50.54%,93/184)had abnormal chromosomes.Among the abnormal chromosomes,76 cases(81.72%,76/93)had the most aneuploidy.(2)The proportion of chromosomal abnormalities in the miscarriage tissues of MA patients in the western Yunnan plateau area group was lower than that in the plain area group(Nanning City)(50.54%<59.17%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The proportion of chromosomal abnormalities in the western Yunnan plateau region group was lower than that in the plain region group(Nanning City)(41.85%<53.25%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among the chromosomal abnormalities in the western Yunnan Plateau region,X monosomy,16 trisomy,15 trisomy,and 7 trisomy are more common;In the plain area group(Nanning City),X monomer,16 trisomy,22 trisomy,and 15 trisomy are more common.Among them,the 7-trisomy group in the western Yunnan plateau region was higher than the plain region group(Nanning City)(10.75%>3.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)The proportion of chromosomal structural abnormalities in the western Yunnan plateau region group was higher than that in the plain region group(Nanning City)(8.70%>5.92%),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Among chromosomal structural abnormalities,microsomal duplication is more common in the western Yunnan Plateau region;However,micro deficiencies are common in the plain area group(Nanning City).(5)Among different ages,the proportion of chromosomal abnormalities in the<35year old group was lower than that in the≥35 year old group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among them,autosomal trisomy also increased with age,while X-monomer decreased with age.(6)The proportion of chromosomal abnormalities in the group with spontaneous abortion<2 was higher than that in the group with spontaneous abortion≥2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison between groups of different ethnic groups and fertility methods.【Conclusion】(1)Embryonic chromosomal abnormalities are a common cause of MA in the western Yunnan plateau region.Among the chromosomal abnormalities,the proportion of aneuploidy is the highest,with X-monomeric,16-trisomy,15-trisomy,and 7-trisomy being the most common.Among them,7-trisomy is higher in the western Yunnan plateau region than in the plain region(Nanning City).(2)The proportion of chromosomal abnormalities and autosomal trisomy in the miscarriage tissues of MA patients in the western Yunnan plateau region increases with age,while X-monomers decrease with age;In addition,as the number of natural abortions increases,the proportion of chromosomal abnormalities decreases.(3)There is no difference in the proportion of MA chromosome abnormalities among different ethnic groups in the western Yunnan Plateau region. |
