Digital healthcare has become increasingly important in recent years,and information technology construction can improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.Currently,centralized storage of data in medical institutions can easily lead to the problem of data redundancy,and separate storage can easily form information silos.Also,when sharing medical data,there is a need to consider data security and access control,which may lead to reduced sharing efficiency and privacy leakage.Therefore,the problems in the storage and sharing mechanism of medical data need to be investigated to balance the efficient storage and privacy security of data.Alliance chain is a secure,efficient and transparent solution that uses distributed ledger technology to ensure data immutability and security while guaranteeing privacy and anonymity.Therefore,the use of alliance chain can lay a good technical foundation for the research of medical data.To address the current shortcomings in efficient storage and secure sharing of medical data,this paper will combine the features of alliance chain to conduct the following research:(1)In order to improve the efficient availability of medical data,this paper proposes a medical data storage mechanism based on alliance chain.First,the mechanism designs the Distance algorithm based on the geographical location among medical nodes,and then combines the dynamic election strategy with it to design and implement a reasonable grouping and master node selection strategy.Finally,IPFS is combined with alliance chain using information separation method,which reduces the pressure of storing large amount of medical data and improves the alliance chain operation efficiency at the same time.(2)In order to improve the security of medical data when sharing and the scalability of the scheme,this paper proposes a alliance chain-based sharing mechanism.Firstly,the mechanism uses K-Anonymity algorithm to fuzzy medical data,and secondly designs searchable encryption technology to combine with it to realize the secure sharing of medical data.Finally,the chain code is designed and implemented based on fabric platform,which effectively simplifies the configuration and protects medical data through the design of chain code,and improves the scalability of medical alliance chain.(3)In order to verify the feasibility of the medical data storage and sharing scheme,this paper conducted tests on the designed and deployed blockchain system platform to demonstrate the process of depositing and querying medical data.Meanwhile,the traceable medical data were checked through the blockchain browser to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme.The solution designed in this paper has significant advantages in the storage and sharing of medical data.The solution stores patient medical information efficiently and at the same time guarantees the security of sharing patient medical information.
