| Objective: To study the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation training on cardiac function level and complication rate in patients after interventional acute myocardial infarction,and to provide a basis for the extensive development of cardiac rehabilitation training in China.Methods: In this study,200 patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction who underwent transradial coronary intervention(PCI)in the Department of Cardiology of a hospital in Wuhan from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and the study subjects were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method,and the general information(including age,gender,weight,etc.)of the two groups was collected before the experiment was started,and the two groups were subjected to cardiac rehabilitation treatment and traditional treatment.The cardiac ultrasound results of the two groups at admission and three months after discharge were collected,and the results of cardiopulmonary exercise tests at one month after discharge and three months after discharge were collected,and the selected representative data were compared.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis,and if the P<0.05 was used,the difference was considered statistically significant.Results: The general data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of cardiac ultrasound results at admission between the two groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After repeated cardiac ultrasound 3 months after discharge,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the experimental group after cardiac rehabilitation was lower than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cardiopulmonary exercise tests were performed 1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge,and it was found that the anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold metabolic equivalent of the test group at the two time points were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the results of cardiopulmonary exercise test in the observation group after 1 month and 3 months after discharge,it was found that the anaerobic threshold metabolic equivalent and anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake of the observation group after 3 months were higher than the anaerobic threshold metabolic equivalent and anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake in the observation group after 1 month,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).One month after discharge,comparing the incidence of complications in one month,it was found that the probability of complications such as angina,recurrent myocardial infarction,arrhythmia,and heart failure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of general treatment,combined with early cardiac rehabilitation treatment,compared with general treatment,patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can inhibit myocardial remodeling and improve ventricular ejection ability.2.For patients with acute myocardial infarction,combined with early cardiac rehabilitation treatment on the basis of general treatment,it can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function and aerobic exercise capacity3.The longer the time of cardiac rehabilitation treatment under the condition of ensuring safety,the more obvious the effect on improving cardiac function and exercise capacity of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI surgery,so patients with acute myocardial infarction should be encouraged to adhere to cardiac rehabilitation treatment for a long time,maintain good living habits,and adhere to cardiac rehabilitation exercise.4.Cardiac rehabilitation can not only improve cardiac function and exercise endurance,but also reduce the incidence of complications in patients with acute myocardial infarction,improve the prognosis of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery. |
