| Objective:1: This study used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT)as the theoretical basis, incorporated variables such as perceived risk, perceived trust, and self-efficacy,and combined with the characteristics of the "Rehabilitation APP " itself to construct a model of the public’s intention to use the "Rehabilitation APP " and put forward hypotheses, and verified the influence of each variable on the public’s intention to use telerehabilitation through data analysis and model analysis.2: To build a scientific and standardized home telerehabilitation training program for stroke patients based on the advantages of the "Rehabilitation APP".To provide a basis for the clinical application of "Rehabilitation APP" in the home telerehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods:Part Ⅰ: Factors influencing the usage intention of the public for telerehabilitation. In this study,a questionnaire on the public’s usage intention of telerehabilitation was designed by the research team with reference to relevant studies at the domestic and international.183 questionnaires were distributed on site at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from May to December 2022,and the data were collected by the questionnaire method, and the partial least squares structural equation model(PLS-SEM)to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses to determine the factors that influence the public’s intention to use telerehabilitation.Part Ⅱ: Construction of a framework for telerehabilitation program for stroke patients based on " Rehabilitation APP".The study was based on a review of the literature on stroke rehabilitation and rehabilitation needs at the domestic and international level, combined with clinical rehabilitation experience and the advantages of the "Rehabilitation APP",to construct a preliminary draft of a telerehabilitation program for stroke patients. Results:Part Ⅰ: Factors influencing the usage intention of the public for telerehabilitation.A total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected for this study, and the study model explained 61.8% of the variance of usage intention 44.6% of the variance of perceived trust, and 30.3% of the variance of performance expectations. The structure of the structural model analysis indicated that performance expectations(β = 0.230,P= 0.001),facilitation conditions(β = 0.247,P= 0.000),and perceived trust(β = 0.368,P = 0.009)had a significant effect on usage intention of telerehabilitation;performance expectations(β = 0.361,P = 0.000),effort expectations(β = 0.219,P=0.049),social influence(β = 0.173,P= 0.040),and perceived risk(β =-0.142,P =0.047)had statistically significant path coefficients with perceived trust;the path coefficient between self-efficacy and performance expectancy also had an effect, while none of the other path relationships were statistically significant. In addition,it is worth noting that although the direct path between self-efficacy and usage intention does not hold,self-efficacy can indirectly influence usage intention through performance expectation as a mediator;performance expectation can directly influence usage intention or indirectly influence usage intention through perceived trust.Part Ⅱ: Construction of a framework for telerehabilitation program for stroke patients based on " Rehabilitation APP".The initial draft of the framework for telerehabilitation programs for stroke patients included 4 areas(primary indicators),12 guidance program categories(secondary indicators),and 42 specific guidance programs(tertiary indicators). The effective recall rates for the two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 95%;the expert authority coefficients were 0.868 and 0.890,respectively;the coefficients of variation were less than 0.25;and the Kendall’s W values were 0.166 and 0.147,respectively,with P=0.001.The final draft of the telerehabilitation programmer Framework for Stroke Patients was developed after Delphi expert consultation. The final draft included 4 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators, and 43 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:1: This study applied the extended UTAUT model to determine the factors influencing the usage intention of telerehabilitation. The results showed that performance expectations, facilitation conditions, and perceived trust were important factors influencing the public’s intention to use telerehabilitation;performance expectations, effort expectations, and social influence positively influenced perceived trust, while perceived risk negatively influenced perceived trust;self-efficacy had an effect on performance expectations and indirectly influenced usage intention through performance expectations. In addition, performance expectation indirectly influences usage intention with perceived trust as a mediating variable.2: Under the guidance of ICF theory, the first draft of the " Telerehabilitation Program Framework for Stroke Patients" was constructed by reviewing and analyzing the stroke rehabilitation guidelines at home and abroad and studies related to stroke rehabilitation needs in China, and the final draft of the "Telerehabilitation Program Framework for Stroke Patients" was established after two rounds of expert consultation, and the program was revised and improved according to the index selection criteria and expert opinions. The final draft of the framework includes 4primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators. |
