| Objective:By investigating the current situation of social support,job burnout and mental resilience of nursing staff,the relationship between social support,job burnout and mental resilience of nursing staff is discussed,and the mechanism of social support and mental resilience of nursing staff on job burnout is explored,so as to clarify whether there is an intermediary effect between social support and mental resilience of nursing staff.In order to reduce the job burnout of nursing staff and improve their work enthusiasm,starting from the internal and external factors of nursing staff,the corresponding support and management strategies are discussed,so as to optimize the management of human resources of nursing staff and continuously promote the development of nursing industry.Methods:A total of 300 nursing staff from 32 nursing institutions in Ganzhou City and surrounding counties were selected as research objects.The research tools included the general data questionnaire,the social support scale,the Chinese version of the mental resilience scale and the Chinese version of the job burnout scale.SPSS27.0software was used to conduct descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the data,to explore whether there is a mediating effect between job burnout of nursing staff and their social support and mental resilience.Results:1.The total score of social support of the nursing staff was(25.4±1.61)points,and the entries were(2.54 ±0.16)points;The total scores of the three dimensions were objective support(8.75±0.76)points,support utilization(7.43±1.54)points and subjective support(9.18±0.54)points,respectively.From high to low,the mean scores of the items in each dimension were: objective support(2.92±0.25)points,support utilization(2.48±0.51)points,and subjective support(2.30±0.14)points.The total score of three dimensions of job burnout were emotional exhaustion(9.36±1.47)points,cynicism(4.23 ± 0.78)points and reduced personal sense of achievement(27.91±1.93)points,respectively.From high to low,the average score of each dimension was: emotional exhaustion(1.87±0.29),cynicism(1.06±0.19),and decreased sense of personal achievement(4.65±0.32).The total score of mental resilience of nursing staff was(71.69±12.8)points,and all items were(2.87±0.51)points.The total scores of the three dimensions of mental resilience were strength(26.43 ± 3.47)points,optimism(11.22 ± 1.72)points and tenacity(34.03 ± 8.29)points,respectively.The average scores of the three dimensions from high to low were strength(3.30±0.43),optimism(2.81±0.43),and tenacity(2.62±0.64).2.There were statistical differences in the scores of age,marital status,educational level,working years,monthly income and religious belief in the social support of nursing staff(P < 0.05);There were statistically significant differences in job burnout in age,marital status,educational level and the number of people taking care of the elderly(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in mental resilience in age,marital status,educational level,working years,monthly income,the number of people taking care of the elderly and religious belief(P < 0.05).3.Objective support of nursing staff was negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and cynicism,and positively correlated with strength,optimism and tenacity;Subjective support was negatively correlated with cynicism and positively correlated with optimism and tenacity.Social support utilization was negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and cynicism,but positively correlated with strength,optimism and tenacity.Emotional exhaustion was negatively correlated with tenacity.There was a significant negative correlation between cynicism and optimism and tenacity.Decreased personal fulfillment was positively correlated with strength,optimism and tenacity.4.The emotional exhaustion dimension of job burnout of nursing staff has a partial mediating effect on social support and mental resilience;The cynicism dimension of job burnout has a complete mediating effect between social support and mental resilience.The reduction of personal achievement in job burnout has a partial mediating effect on social support and mental resilience.Conclusion:1.The mental resilience and job burnout of the nursing staff in this group are at a medium level,and the social support is at a low level;2.Some demographic variables have a certain impact on the mental resilience,job burnout and mental resilience of nursing staff;3.Social support,job burnout and mental resilience of nursing staff are significantly correlated;4.Job burnout plays a mediating role between social support and mental resilience of nursing staff. |
