| This article adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview,and statistical analysis,supported by collaborative governance theory,comprehensive incentive theory,and volunteer failure theory,to conduct a detailed research and analysis on the management of community epidemic prevention volunteers in X Street,G City,and explore optimization strategies for community epidemic prevention volunteer management.Through research,it has been found that there are the following problems in the management of community epidemic prevention volunteers in X Street,G City:firstly,there is a deviation in volunteer job cognition;Secondly,the quality control of volunteer recruitment is not strict;Thirdly,volunteer services lack professionalism;Fourthly,the efficiency of volunteer service is low;Fifth,there is a lack of motivation for sustained participation in volunteer services.The main reasons for the above problems include weak crisis management awareness,unreasonable resource allocation,poor internal communication mechanisms,and imperfect incentive mechanisms.In this regard,grassroots governments need to optimize the management of community epidemic prevention volunteers,strengthen crisis management awareness,and enhance emergency response capabilities;Encourage multi-channel participation and strengthen local unified management;We need to strengthen the long-term incentive and guarantee mechanism for epidemic prevention volunteers,and ensure the healthy and orderly development of community epidemic prevention and control volunteer services.At this stage,we have achieved a comprehensive victory in the fight against the COVID-19.In the whole process,we have experienced many difficulties and obstacles,and also gained many valuable experience in the management of epidemic prevention volunteers.The summary and review of these effective experiences will help the construction of the management system of community epidemic prevention volunteers and improve the emergency response capacity of the community to public health emergencies. |
