Social Mobilisation:Ideological And Political Work In Response To Public Health Emergencies

Since 2020,with the development of the control and regular management of novel coronaviruses,public health emergencies have become an emergency that is difficult to predict accurately,threatens the safety of people’s lives and property,and causes or may cause serious harm in the public sphere of society.The continuous outbreak of novel coronaviruses in the past three years has been an important topic not only in the field of social sciences but also in the field of academic research.It has not only had an impact on China’s political stability,economic and social development and people’s well-being,but has also posed a serious challenge to the ideological and political work of grassroots society to intervene in the social mobilisation of public health emergencies.Ideological and political work is a traditional task of the Party and the government,and is an important part of grassroots governance in the new era.How to carry out scientific and effective social mobilization work for public health emergencies is an important issue facing China at present.The article starts from the prevention and control of novel coronavirus in D street of Y district of Xi’an,points out the problems in the current situation of social mobilization work in its ideological and political work,analyses the causes of the problems,explores in depth the social mobilization work of grassroots governance response to public health emergencies,and improves and perfects the social mobilization work method of ideological and political work intervention in public health emergencies with great significance.This paper adopts a systematic research approach,including literature research,systematic analysis,real-life cases and interdisciplinary analysis,to comprehensively analyse the development of social mobilisation work in grassroots response to public health emergencies,analyse and summarise the social mobilisation work at home and abroad for grassroots governance and ideological and political work,and explain the relevant concepts of grassroots governance,public health emergencies,social mobilisation and ideological and political education,combining the author’s The study on public health emergencies,taking the novel coronavirus as an example,sorts out the basic theories of national governance system and governance capacity modernization and synergy theory and other related studies.In the context of the current situation of social mobilisation in the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus in D Street,Y District,Xi’an,the research analyses the structural elements of mobilisation and the mode of operation of mobilisation through static and dynamic perspectives,and provides an in-depth analysis of the problems of social mobilisation in the current situation of public health emergencies,the main reasons for which are:the mechanism of the role of ideological and political work in participating in public health emergencies is not sound,the role of ideological and political work in social mobilisation is not clear enough,and social mobilisation is not clear enough.The main reasons are:the mechanism of the role of ideological and political work in participating in public health emergencies is not sound,the role of ideological and political work in social mobilization is not clear enough,and the system of social mobilization is lagging behind.Finally,measures to strengthen the role of ideological and political work in social mobilisation in public health emergencies are proposed.They mainly include:establishing methods-improving efficiency-and perfecting the system.The aim is to promote the role of ideological and political work in social mobilisation for public health emergencies and further promote the achievement of ideological and political work obj ectives.
