Research On The Disposal Behavior And Recycling Countermeasures Of Expired Household Drugs In Fuzhou City

With the improvement of people’s living standards and the intensification of the aging trend of the population,people’s demand for drugs is increasing year by year.At the same time,the total number of expired household drugs in China is also growing,especially in the post-epidemic era,household expired drugs will be produced in large quantities.However,at present,people generally adopt the disposal method of discarding expired drugs at will,which not only causes a huge waste of resources,but also brings irreparable damage to the ecological environment such as air,water and soil,and even some expired drugs are sold and sold again through illegal traders,which not only brings harm to national health,but also seriously threatens the safety of public medication.Therefore,the research on household expired drug disposal behavior and recycling countermeasures is of great significance to protect the ecological environment,promote the development of public health,and create a stable and healthy social environment.Based on this,this paper takes the household disposal behavior of expired drugs in Fuzhou as the research object,based on the theory of public goods,planning behavior theory and normative activation theory,and then introduces the extended variable of environmental awareness to construct a theoretical model of household expired drug disposal behavior of Fuzhou residents,and puts forward a research hypothesis.First-hand data were collected by questionnaire survey method and field interview method,data processing and analysis were carried out with SPSS26 and AMOS24 software,and research hypotheses were verified and theoretical models revised through structural equation model analysis.The current situation of household disposal of expired drugs in Fuzhou was analyzed,the main influencing factors of residents’ disposal behavior and willingness to dispose of expired drugs were explored,and finally targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the recovery of expired drugs in Fuzhou households.The research conclusions of the paper are as follows: First,at present,the willingness of Fuzhou residents to participate in the recycling of expired drugs is high,but fewer residents have recycling experience,and the main way for residents to dispose of expired drugs at home is to directly throw them into domestic garbage cans.Second,the disposal behavior of expired drugs in Fuzhou residents is mainly affected by perceptual behavior control and behavioral willingness,and is most affected by perceptual behavior control;Low awareness of recycling policies and lack of recycling channels are the biggest constraints for residents to participate in the collection of expired medicines at home.Third,the willingness of households in Fuzhou to dispose of expired drugs is mainly affected by individual norms and perceptual behavior control,and individual norms are significantly affected by environmental awareness and responsibility attribution.Fourth,subjective norms indirectly affect residents’ disposal behavior and willingness through residents’ environmental awareness,individual norms and perceptual behavior control.And put forward the following recycling countermeasures: first,improve the relevant laws and regulations on the recycling of expired household drugs;The second is to establish multi-subject cooperation channels for the collection of expired drugs in households;The third is to establish an incentive mechanism for the recycling of expired drugs in households;Fourth,increase publicity on the recycling of expired household drugs;Fifth,improve residents’ environmental awareness and responsibility attribution;The sixth is to cultivate the social concept of family recycling of expired drugs.In general,the research conclusions and countermeasures and suggestions of this paper have certain reference value for the government’s future relevant decision-making.
