Smart medical system can optimize the allocation of medical resources,so that people can obtain more fair and high-quality medical and health services.However,there are many problems in data security management under the current smart medical scenario,such as easy single point of failure,poor sharing ability,and difficult security authentication.The blockchain technology provides new solutions for data security management in smart medical scenarios with its advantages of decentralization,tamper-resistance and traceability.In order to solve the problems of data security management in smart medical scenarios,this paper has carried out the following research work around security authentication,data sharing and privacy protection:(1)Research on cross-heterogeneous domain identity authentication based on dualconsensus hybrid chain.Aiming at the difficulty of cross-domain authentication and poor trust between different architectures or institutions in the smart medical system,a dual-consensus hybrid chain cross-heterogeneous domain identity authentication scheme is proposed.The Raft consensus algorithm based on comprehensive performance is optimized by integrating the multi-factor analysis method,and the nodes with excellent comprehensive performance are used as cross-domain nodes to reduce the risk of system failure caused by poor performance of cross-domain nodes.The supervision node mechanism and the practical Byzantine faulttolerant consensus mechanism are introduced to enhance the Byzantine fault-tolerant capability of the authentication system and solve the problem of in-domain error authentication caused by malicious nodes.The SM9 broadcast encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the communication data during the authentication process,realizing the two-way authentication and secure communication of the system,and ensuring the security of the system.(2)Research on medical blockchain data security sharing based on multi-party security.Aiming at the difficulties of medical data sharing and up-link in smart medical system,this paper studies the medical data sharing scheme by combining secure multi-party computing technology and block chain technology.Blakley secret sharing technology is used to manage the distribution of keys,and attribute-based encryption technology is used to control rights,which reduces the risk of key leakage and data leakage.Based on the erasure code technology,the data that needs to be uploaded to the chain is coded and fragmented,and combined with a more efficient Hot Stuff consensus mechanism to solve the problem of difficulty in uploading large data to the chain.The experimental comparison shows that the scheme improves the sharing efficiency and ensures the confidentiality and integrity of the data.(3)The medical data privacy protection scheme of alliance chain based on oracle machine.Aiming at the problems of poor data searchability,bloated structure and too closed system in the process of medical data sharing,a medical data privacy protection scheme of alliance chain based on oracle machine is proposed.Based on the oracle model,a privacy protection system is established,which enables medical data to not only break through the information barrier,but also interact with data outside the chain to realize real value circulation.A searchable encryption algorithm based on inverted index structure is introduced to realize the data ciphertext search mechanism and ensure the confidentiality of data.Security analysis and experimental analysis show that the scheme can effectively prevent data tampering and has high search efficiency.
