Research On The Development Strategy Of X County TCM Hospitals

The competition of medical market in county area is becoming more and more fierce.How to change the traditional service mode,make full use of the existing medical reform policy,give full play to the traditional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine culture,and scientifically apply the strategic management theory will become the new trend of the future reform and development of county-level Chinese medicine hospitals.This article takes X county level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as the research object.Detailed combing of all aspects of the hospital.The PEST model was used to analyze the macro-environment affecting the development of X county-level TCM hospitals.Using Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model to Analyse the Position of X County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Competitive Environment of County Medical and Health System.At the same time,the personnel and financial management,medical and scientific research ability,information technology and hospital culture construction,internal hardware environment and patient satisfaction of X county level TCM hospital were analyzed.SWOT matrix is used to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of X county-level TCM hospitals,the opportunities and potential strengths they will face in the future.To analyze the existing strategy of the hospital and make the optimum plan to adapt to the future development.Therefore,it is proposed that X county-level TCM hospitals should optimize and adopt the advantage strategy of differentiation under the background of new medical reform,and make it better.
