Operation Problem Of Medical Association In Central City A And Improvement Strategy Research

The construction of the medical security system is a major livelihood issue related to the health of hundreds of millions of Chinese people,and also an important means for the Party and the government to protect the rights and interests of the masses.As an important link between the state and the people’s medical security,the development of the medical association is of great significance and bears a major responsibility for the public medical and health undertakings.With the increasing demand for medical and health services and the growing contradiction between the shortage of medical and health resources,China’s medical reform is facing a very serious challenge.Since our country implemented the policy of medical counterpart assistance,the medical consortium,as a carrier,has promoted the development of resource allocation optimization through hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and its important value has been recognized.However,it is undeniable that the development of medical federations in China is still at the exploratory stage,and there are many problems in its operation,such as slow flow of superior and subordinate resources,insufficient cooperation,unbalanced development in the region,which restricts the full play of the role of the medical federations’ operational cooperation mechanism.How to seize the opportunity,improve the problems in the operation of the medical union,make full use of the cooperative advantages of the medical union,and effectively safeguard the interests of the masses under the general environment of the continuous development of medical security work is worthy of in-depth consideration and research.This paper takes the medical union of city A as an example,aiming at the problems faced in its current operation,and combining the relevant data,typical cases and the operation status of the medical union of city A and its participating institutions since 2017.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the operation of the medical union in this city,such as the failure to carry out effective cooperation among the building bodies,the uneven allocation of medical resources,the low efficiency of the cooperation in the operation of the medical union,and the failure of the target assessment management mechanism.The reasons for these problems are not only the existence of many barriers between the construction units,the imperfect inter institutional cooperation mechanism and the current development of the medical consortium can not meet the needs of the masses for public health medical services,but also many objective factors,such as the lack of relevant service work of the administrative departments,the lack of understanding and trust of the masses in the medical consortium services.To solve these problems,we must adhere to the principle of proceeding from reality and putting the vital interests of the masses first.We will continue to improve the image and credibility of the government,and improve the comprehensive capabilities of the medical community in policy guarantee,system optimization,collaborative operation,resource allocation,etc.by creating an independent and stable medical environment.At the same time,we should strengthen policy guidance and publicity,and effectively promote the cooperation between medical institutions and the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,so as to lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of medical institutions and the rational medical treatment of the masses.
