Research On Optimization Of Service Mode Of "Combination Of Medical And Nursing Care" In A Pension Institution

Currently,China is facing a rapid arrival of an aging society.By the end of2022,the number of people aged 60 and above in China has exceeded 280 million,accounting for 19.8% of the total population.Elderly care services are crucial for every family and are closely related to the well-being of the people.With the emergence of new forms of services such as medical companionship and home bathing,the elderly care service market is facing new opportunities.The Central Economic Work Conference at the end of 2022 proposed prioritizing the restoration and expansion of consumption,supporting and promoting the consumption of elderly care services.The consumption of elderly care services is not only an important source of happiness for the elderly and their families,but also a driving force for increasing demand,expanding employment opportunities,and promoting economic and social growth.Elderly people and their relatives now have higher demands for elderly care services,requiring higher quality,more levels,and more diversified services.This is because the way elderly people receive care is shifting towards socialization,and their demands for elderly care services are gradually changing."Medical care and elderly care integration" is the core part of the elderly care model and has played an important role in actively responding to the process of population aging.However,the current challenges facing this model are mainly concentrated on the lack of sound elderly care service system,insufficient accuracy in supply-demand matching,and shortage of professional talent.Therefore,studying the "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care model can help accelerate the development of the elderly care industry.This study takes the "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care service model of A elderly care institution as the research object.It investigates the current demands of the elderly for "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care services,the supply of services,and proposes strategies and security measures to optimize the model to ensure the successful implementation of the "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care service.Through comprehensive literature and theoretical analysis,this study divides Maslow’s hierarchy of needs into three levels and applies the classified theory to conduct a comprehensive investigation and arrangement of the "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care services of A elderly care institution.It deeply explores the demands of the elderly for "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care services and establishes a framework for the "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care service system model from three levels: physiological and health needs,sense of belonging and self-esteem needs,and self-actualization needs.At the same time,this study analyzes the supply of "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care services of A elderly care institution,and evaluates the problems existing in the model through comparing the supply-demand gap.Through in-depth case studies of foreign cases and effective optimization proposals from the two perspectives of service system and management system,this study conducts feasibility analysis to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.The "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care service model integrates the advantages of traditional elderly care service models and is an innovation and extension of the existing elderly care service model.The purpose of this article is to improve the level and operational capacity of the "medical care and elderly care integration" elderly care services of A elderly care institution from multiple perspectives by analyzing the needs of the elderly,and to provide favorable theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of future health services in China.
